Bitsler's Admin and Bitsler's rules btslr.co/2612K
Hello,

It's been a while! I was off.

At Bitsler.com, we have been committed to providing our players with instant withdrawals and deposits since 2015. However, there are instances when our compliance team needs to assess certain betting patterns, particularly in the realm of sports and esports betting. This is a crucial step to ensure the legitimacy of the outcomes, which serves to protect both us and our players.
The outcomes of sports and esports are sometimes beyond our control and are subject to unspecified or predetermined timelines. It’s crucial for us to ensure there are no irregularities in the outcome or results of a match or game. This diligence is part of our commitment to maintaining a fair and transparent platform for all our players.

We understand that there may have been instances where the processing time was longer than expected, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We have noticed that you have made several withdrawals since then, all of which were processed instantly. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Thank you.

A scary sidenote: After waiting for 5 days, I tried contacting them on Discord, wich led me to get banned within 1 hour of asking in their "General chat"
Delaying the withdrawal without any explanation was obviously a wrong thing. Where the most worried part is that you got banned from their discord chat by asking about your withdrawal. They should have given a reasonable explanation for withholding your withdrawal. I have informed Baryom about this on telegram (although the chance is quite low to get a response from him as he is inactive here).
Well, if what you said is true OP, then there's really something fishy going on with Bitsler. But to be honest, I believe Bitsler is a reputable casino, so if they actually did it to you, then there might be valid reason for that. The problem is, based on what you've said, you never received any explanation. So maybe ask some other Bitsler users if they also experience the same issue. That way, you will know if it was just a coincidence or they're really up to your funds.

Make sure to DYOR as well. Read some feedbacks from previous gamblers who have been gambling with this casino.

Possibly, something might likely be wrong somewhere which the casino is not letting known publicly because a big casino of that nature should be able to respond to their clients immediately without any further delay to releasing their assets or funds when on a clear stand but it is obvious that they had delayed the release of OPs funds which raised suspicion and as advised, it would be better to ask other users as well to confirm if an they are experiencing similar occurrences. This would better give insight and clues on what is happening

Bitsler is a legit casino. Things like this happen to everyone in every casino, calm down, I understand what you feel but they won't scam you. It's Christmas and New Year time and delays are expected.

These are the reasons why gamblers are advised to properly do their own research before engaging with casinos. Of you had checked some review sites to find out more about the casino, you could have gotten information about the casino which would have guided you on how and what to do about them but however, you have learnt your lessons and I believe you will take research very seriously next time you want to engage with casinos. The big names you mentioned are well known and reputable casinos here that have long existed on this platform. I believe you must have seen their signature as it is currently ongoing.

You have done well by coming here to update us your experience with the casino and I believe members would take note of it and do away with them.
Are you completely sure that Bitsler has bad reviews and is a scam casino? Bitsler is one of the most popular crypto casinos, has never scammed anybody and has very good reviews. So, it was the right choice for him to play on Bitsler. It's bad that something like this happened but it got solved. Sorry but I think you are the one who should do a research before posting about Bitsler.

I am not saying that the casino is bad neither did I mention the name(s) of any casino but I was only just making emphasis that one needs to do their own research before engaging with casinos so as to know their terms and conditions of service before engaging with them.

Thanks to the fact that his issue got solved immediately that's a good sign of a casino that cares about their members and are ready to attend to them solving their complaints and making them feel alright with the casino and their services.

I have done several deposits and withdrawals on Bitsler for the last 4 months. Ranging between 200-800 usd.
Suddenly my balance was around 4000 USD, and they locked me out of their sportsbook (Mind you I have only played on the biggest leauges and games, no fishy business there)
Its mistake when only playing with the biggest league or bet for top soccer teams in sport betting only? first time bad ideas I heard when have platform of gambling not allowed for us for betting with biggest league and bet for top teams with have large ration winning match. Looks funny with the reason of hold on your withdrawing fund because current bet activities with biggest league only for betting. I think is very unique cases because they hold your withdrawing fund because not acceptable reason and you can put some sport betting with not bigger league or choose mediocre teams will your withdrawing get instant process?
Usually sport betting have many bad issues when try withdrawing fund because we are easily to win based on bet on top teams only, I hope you can forward with their next respond about hold your withdrawing fund.

I think what happened to you are not unique to Bitsler, because a lot of casinos are doing the same thing. You started out as a "newbie" gambler and they quickly honored all your withdrawals, because they wanted to retain you as a gambler on their site.

As time went by they saw you winning more and more money and they also saw you withdrawing frequently from their site. Now, this will raise the "red" flag with most casinos, because they might think that you are a proffesonal gambler and that you might be cheating. They will stall withdrawals to have time to investigate your bet history.

They obviously also check your actions to see if you are participating in any kind of money laundering activities.

I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for any withdrawal from any crypto bookie before. I have never felt more unsafe and unsure about my money than with Bitsler. Chat only responds with a smiley and "You have to just wait"

So I had to create this post just to warn fellow gamblers that please think twice before you deposit here. All the other serious bookies will treat you with more respect, information and speed than these guys.

A scary sidenote: After waiting for 5 days, I tried contacting them on Discord, wich led me to get banned within 1 hour of asking in their "General chat"

Every other crypto bookie i have ever used has paid out in less than 20 minutes; Stake, Roobet, Rollbit, Kineko etc. I see no reason for you to go trough the same uncertainty and dread as I have.

You can encounter same experience in any bookie even on the casino you mention of your account is under investigation or something without any explanation because you agree on it with their ToS. Every casino has the right to put your account on hold if they saw something that needs further investigation without giving further explanation.

You are lucky to only wait for 7 days since many cases here waited longer than that before they get their money back on one of the casino you are claiming with good experience. Creating this topic while this kind of scenario is clearly stated on ToS doesn’t make sense. I’m depending Bitsler since I have no connection with them or whatsoever but rather this is the general downside on playing with centralized because they can suspect you whenever there’s something wrong(probably winning frequently) happening on your account activity.

If the allegations you mentioned in this post against Bitsler are true.  So I would say instead of creating a topic here, create a topic with evidence on the Scam Accusations board. As I am seeing that you haven't mention any prove of your allegation yet.  Undecided
OP wasn’t scammed, his only alleging a possibility based on the observed action and inactions of Bitsler. Having high balance and suddenly having difficulty in withdrawal and no proper line of information which describes their customer service to be poor.
These give OP no reason to put them out there in the scam and s accusation thread. I feel it’s a question of there reputation thing and that would be where I feel is got to site the thread.

Something I’ve learned way early in Business, aside from the services you render, customer service is everything. Having to treat your customer right might as well get their loyalty and attract more customers to a service. This is what every site out there should learn and on the part of customers, the guy at the other end is a human like you and approach does matter.

This is rather very strange. Not trying to speak for Bitsler though but just putting my head around it.

I don't know the authenticity of this information but I consider it very serious as nobody wants to have his funds stuck in a gambling site.

Let's say you were not persistent enough, your funds will have possibly been stuck there for more than the time it took to process on the other hand, it could be a thing with kyc and compliance or some sort.

Yes that is the best way to deal with this ,  as this is a gambling section and he is providing proofs of not sending His money from Bistler though I doubt that the site will truly act such this unless he have committed questionable act in their site so cases like this happens .
Heard a lot of issues with Bitsler recently, and maybe they strengthen their security when it comes to withdrawal buy they should inform their players regarding this one and inform that they are investigating the account or waiting for some information from their providers. Bitsler is one a good site before, I’m not sure though about their current status, this should be on a scam accusation section because a delay like this is already alarming.

The user received his withdrawal, so no scam has technically occurred. Instead, he has made a complaint here (and rightfully so) to warn others.

"Wait 7 days =)" is a totally unacceptable response. Obviously the representative was confident that the user would get his withdrawal, though that is still not acceptable. If a casino is holding a withdrawal, stating why the withdrawal is being held is required.

Then the being banned from discord. Highly suspicious behaviour.

Thankfully the user got his withdrawal in the end.

I understand why he is sharing his experience now because it will not feel good if you get banned from asking a legit question and made to wait for 7 days without an explanation they have very bad support if they cannot explain the user status, OP think its injustice that he got this treatment since he is not breaking any rules.
It's better for Bitsler to either refute this or offer an apology because this will reflect on how they address their clients, I'm sure OP is looking for a new site to play.

I completely agree. Being banned from the discord for asking a question about a withdrawal is extremely suspicious behaviour and even I would start to assume that maybe I'm not getting my funds back, if this were to have happened to me.

The treatment was definitely unfair, I agree with this stance (if not already clear) and I am also with you that Bitsler should apologize to the OP at the very minimum for this situation. I doubt they will however, as that staff members using =) smilies is obviously doing so as this not a unique case, it may happen/have happened to a lot of other users too.

It's quite possible they were waiting for a response from their provider on some of the sports you were betting. They should have given you an explanation regardless. If you are unhappy with their service, check out other books. Seems like they paid you, so really you should have posted this in their main thread and went about your day.

Try withdraw big depends on your activity (Sportbook vs Casino).

I believe, If you played on big casino like Bitsler, Duelbits, Stake and Other. While you are withdraw big on sportbook, have potential some case meanwhile withdraw big from casino activity you're not getting any trouble at all.

I been experience withdraw a big on some big casino, while user say is scam (mosthly from sportbook user) without any issue.

Thank you for sharing your experience, but I think the casino is checking your account so they are holding your balance. However, the casino did not find any violations that you committed so your balance can be withdrawn. I've experienced something like that, not at Bisler but at another casino. Withdrawals are usually done instantly but one time my withdrawal was delayed up to 2 days. I still play at the casino and everything is still fine

I'm sure something like this is very annoying, especially since your balance there is quite large ($4000), but after all Bisler has paid your money so there is no problem of scams or fraud here and hopefully Bitsler can provide clarification regarding what happened to your account

Kyc was completed months ago. They did not scam me, as I now got my money after the Threat of going public. All I'm trying to do with this post is to warn others from depositing with sites that has no regard for their customers. It's been a terrible experience for me.

As I stated in my first post, all my bets have been on multi million dollar markets. Only 1x2, moneyline or ahc.

All casinos does not behave like this. Rollbit, stake, fortune jack and roobet has paid me thousands in minutes.

What others chooses to do with their money is their choice, but I believe we have communities like this to expose them for terrible practices, are especially when it's unwarranted. But, few will understand this feeling before it happens to them with several thousands dollars.

Since you got your money back it should be clear they could not find anything against you and they paid what you were owed, if I were to guess what happened, I would suppose that you may have gotten flagged for some reason due to an activity that was considered suspicious on their part, and they were delaying those payments until they could find out the truth, and once it was clarified that you did nothing wrong you got your money, however the lack of communication is what is really hurting them, as if the customer support had been open about it from the beginning you may not be as mad about this as you are.

While this may be a legitimate concern and something I would definitely take note of and consider if I were using Bitsler, I can also see how this would be understandable this time of year.  It's quite likely that large withdrawals go through some sort of manual process, and as we enter the holiday season it's also reasonable to consider that their staff is probably extremely limited in what they are able to do if you assume that many of them are on vacation.  There could even be bosses that have to give final approval on such things so it is highly possible the person you talked to had their hands tied with no other answer to give you then you have to wait.

This will be my last reply, as I really have nothing more to add. But I can promise that I have not abused anything.
Why? You've started the thread and then you'll leave without nothing to add anymore, even the update? You can promise that to yourself that you never violated any of their rule but it's because it's you.

As stated several times, I've only bet on the largest soccer and CSGO events in Europe. Bitslers odds are not one to abuse, as it's quite terrible compared to other sites. I will update this post tomorrow with screenshot of my bets, if it's not to painful to line them up.
While that's true that you can't abuse them based on the odds but there's probably something you know that we never know as we discuss but probably bitsler knows what you've done mostly. Okay then, we'll just have to wait for that since you've already posted the other screenshots.
