Could you show any proof where they say VPN is allowed? Their ToS doesn't mention whether it's allowed or not allowed.
I checked their ToS, there is nothing like VPN is allowed or not, but there are many countries that are not allowed to gamble on the site. I expect the site to block the IP of the countries if they do not want to be a scammer. Because of that, some people may use VPN.

It is not good to use VPN on gambling a site, it brings suspicion and can lead to the gambling site to scam even people from the countries that are allowed. That does not mean Bitstarzis not a scam site though.

I get your point. Although if the casino detect someone is from for prohibited country by IP, they should've put some effort to stop user from register or make a bet. Otherwise, i would see it as tactic to get steal money from user who don't want to perform KYC verification.

They only say it's not forbidden though. They also give vague answer what would happen if you use VPN.

Non a note side: I recommend casinos like Duelbits and Bc.game they aways paid me fast. Humble people in chat and good experience.

despite my advertising one of the gambling sites you mentioned, If you haven't done it yet, I suggest reading the ToS or asking the gambling site's support you are currently playing at about their ToS to know if you are breaking any ToS. doing this could help avoid happening the same thing again. since, as far as I know, Duelbits also ask their gamblers for KYC if they detect something suspicious.

Duelbits is great I won yesterday from 1600 USD to 2100 and recovered all bitstarz losses.  they allow me to withdraw in less than 20 min.  No KYC.
Also, I asked them after in chat and they told is completely find if I play as a tourist in other countries if I am in a prohibited region.

I wrote to you that there is a difference between what a member of their customer support thinks, and what the system that detected your suspicious behavior thinks. Maybe now you should ask Emma why they didn't pay you your winnings - obviously players who play hidden behind a VPN have a different experience, which would mean that you can lose, but you are not allowed to win Wink

What led you to this casino? What sort of checks did you do before deciding this is the casino that you wanted to put your trust in? Like others have said, there are so many other reputable sites out there that would have been better choices.

There are tons of recommendation on them when you search best bitcoin casino.
They probably give better commission to blogs and they don't care to promote scam.

I can't blame you I did my own research using the keywords you provided and I am lead to a review site that ranked Bitstarz as one of the sites that they recommended to be the best Bitcoin casino, the review site did not even include top casinos like Stake, Duelbits among others.

There's really a big advantage if you're a member of this forum as you have access to what casinos are worth playing and those listed as scam casinos.

I guess I cannot fault you there as a google search does show more positive then negative. Hopefully you get your money but most likely all you're gonna get is fucked dealing with that casino brand. Next time do your best to dig a little deeper into a site before giving them your money.

Yes, but this is the problem with using a VPN. You are only allowed to use a VPN if you are from a country that is not on the restricted list. Since you revealed with your KYC data that you are an Israeli citizen, they concluded that you used a VPN to bypass the country restriction and therefore violated the terms of service. Since you have already asked them if you can use their casino from Colombia, you did not need to mask your IP location with a VPN.

I do not support the casino at all, since their reputation is bad anyway, but I am just saying that you would have a better case if your IP address matched your physical location.

Every online casino will be suspicious when it comes to VPN, and I'm surprised that you don't know that, since it seems to me that you are not a beginner in online gambling. The fact that someone from their customer support told you otherwise does not mean anything, because the only thing that matters is what is written in the terms of service.

I would say that you can consider yourself lucky that they allowed you to withdraw your deposit, which is really rare in these cases, and in addition, various checks can take weeks. Considering the reputation that casino has, I would be more concerned about the personal information you sent them, especially your passport.

Yesterday is as my first day with Bitstarz I ask if I could use VPN they said yes.
If you are in Colombia, what are you using a VPN for?
I watched yoiurvideo evidence carefully that you sent them the details as an israeli. Of course it's your fault they are looking for.
Despite the support saying VPN is tolerated, it's not explicitly mentioned on the T&C page which then they can easily refute the claim that they ever allowed VPNs somewhere. In the end they will check your KYC.

Colombia mobile data restrict some casinos sites. it orks only on home-wifi.
they allow vpn I asked before I play and they say yes. If you ask them they no in chat they reply yes too they do anything to make you play.

I provided KYC fully this hy they allowed me to withdra my  deposit.  All proof show that I am in colombia and tourist here.

I don’t see on the video that they allow the use of VPN or approved your request as Israeli in Colombia. Maybe this conversation is on your email and providing there official response that giving you approval will be a good evidence to your case. I understand that you want to become to play safe but sometimes scammy use this against the user itself once they won in there casino since there ToS will protect them to justify there action towards user like you that citizen of restricted country.

Bitstarz has a bad reputation here in the forum. I doubt that they will your concern on this forum.

...gambling responsibly. Do not be addicted.
Better not to use a gambling site that has no active threads again on this forum. I checked Bitstarzis official thread on the gambling board, it was last active in 2016. That was 6 years ago. Best to use those with active official thread on this forum. You can always check gambling board for that. Especially, those with active official account.

Also supposing you checked Bitstarzis official thread on this forum, you would have later noticed the red flag and negative trust against the gambling site which is enough as a warning of not to use the gambling site to gamble.

🇺🇦 Glory to Ukraine!
I'm not even sure what to say here. This site has a history of shady business practices and scam accusations. Why did you choose to partner with a company that has such a bad reputation?

There are plenty of reputable casinos out there. But while the world of online casinos is diverse, it's still important to do your homework. There are dozens of different factors to consider when choosing an online casino, from software, to security, to reputation. And you'll want to be sure that when you choose a casino, you're choosing a safe and secure environment for gambling.
