The site asks for too much info before a player can play. Maybe you should remove that. Most players want to play anonymously. Also it's kinda hard to navigate around the site because it loads a lot of stuff before the game starts. I also don't even know how to use the spins lol. Talking to support now.

Deleting comments in a promotion/giveaway like this doesn't look good. I do agree tho that this will encourage spams.Instead of the terms of 10th comments I think it is much better to just give the prize to the first people on a certain number of posts like first 20 people to post will get the prize.
