Looking at the fact that the site's official representative account is tagged already and seems that there is no efforts from bitstarz to solve it then I guess no one from this forum can help you to get your money back. What you can do now is just to keep on asking about it to bitstarz support directly. Sorry to hear what happened with you and hope that there will be a good solution for your problem.

the first action you need to do right away is to open a scam accusation thread with all the evidence

and this for start

later we can invite the casino-guys in the thread and try to make them think, maybe your money will come back
otherwise, if you've done KYC you can try a lawyer

The good news is bitstarz tries to keep a thin veil of legitimacy, so you can use that in your interest. Link your story to their bitcointalk feedback, contact all the review sites, their licensing etc. And in the mean time do not gamble or lose your money, as it's a process that (intentionally) takes a long time. Generally if you're annoying enough, they would rather just give your money, they prefer to steal from people who keep quiet.
This is exactly what I would have recommended.  I would advise you to make your case public on as many channels as possible, e.g. Twitter, Facebook (should they host a page there), Reddit and co.  You won't be able to start a "shitstorm" with it, but bad publicity is always very unpleasant for companies, especially where money is directly involved.

Otherwise you won't be able to do much, especially if you actually violated their terms and conditions. The violation definitely does not entitle them to seize your funds, but you would have to sue them to get those funds back ...

Others pointed out already that the reputation of Bitstarz is not nice, and reputation is very important when it comes to a crypto casino. What's interesting is that it does not even require much research, really, you can just have a look at trust of their representative on Bitcointalk and choose a casino with positive trust. For instance, there is a useful thread with a list of casinos and trust here. And if you do as much as type Bitstarz in forum search, you can immediately see that the majority of threads are about scam.
Your case might be different, however, if what they are accusing you of is true. The representative in the message says you have more than 1 account on their website, and pretty much any casino has zero tolerance to multi-accounting. I am really sorry for your loss.

Bitstarz is one of the shadiest casinos out there. It's pretty much their  entire MO is to steal players balances, and when they don't, they like to try to (e.g. weaponizing their KYC for the sole purpose of making sure people don't withdraw or get frustrated and gamble away their money.). They seem to be well promoted because they are able to offer a super generous affiliate program, so the 100000 "casino review" (affiliate farm) sites out there love promoting it.

And for next time, try play at a casino listed here: https://cryptogambling.org/ (it's not a perfect list, but it's by far the best one I've seen out there)

I can't figure out if I'm the one who also losing huge money like this which is 0.7 BTC. Sorry for your loss bud but next time make it sure you had proper research before using a gambling site like this, even their perpetrators here have a lot of negative feedback and active flag. I guess if you have seen this earlier, you will not regret it by now.

Just do what alani123 says, so that everyone in the forum will be warned too. There are too many DT member will help about this, but I'm not sure if they will return your BTC.
Their account is already have several negative feedbacks from other accusations and also a trust flag so I doubt OP would get his money back with the power of DT. Also they've been inactive for a few months.

@OP Try posting on their askgamblers i've seen several complaints there receiving quicker replies but it's difficult to resolve your problem when you created an account knowing that your first one was excluded.

OP I would recommend you post in the Scam Accusation subsection of the forum with more info and following a format similar to this.

The perpetrators appear to have an account on bitcointalk: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bitstarsnet-307265

It does seem like they already have negative feedback. Feel free to create a flag to go along with your claim too. That might get their account a second negative flag, which is enough to give them a red tag. If they want to appear with at least some reputation in bitcointalk, they'd try to resolve this.

To be honest, even if you had created a second account; seizing 100% of funds in this fashion is simply put shady... IMO you're entirely in the right to call them scammers unless they return your money.

^ I dont know where you found this gambling site that has so many scam accusations against them. You are lack of research before diving into a gambling platform.

The links above are only examples that they are not trusted gambling site, they selectively scamming their clients with a huge amount.
Nevertheless, you can move also this topic in scam accusation and make it sure you have a substantial proof towards them, screenshot probably count as good.

So how can we help you with your issue?

I do agree that I did not do my research properly, but I have been with them for more than a year without any troubles.
I don't know what to do, how can I appeal/take this further?

I will do so, I do apologize I am very new to this site - still trying to figure it out.
I have screenshots and emails of everything.

I also tried submitting to www.casinoplayersreport.com but I think there captcha,
since their website and representative here in this forum have already been tagged as a shady and a scammy site I don't think the forum can do much else. you could pursue them through legal actions(I'm not sure how process work since I am not an expert) to hopefully get your money back and take down their website. this forum also acts as a crypto gambling information hub(besides bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies) to crypto gamblers. I feel bad about what happened to you but if you are going to gamble again I suggest looking around the forum and I assure you it will help you pick out the best gambling site for you. I hope you resolve this issue.

Good day,
I did send this email to [email protected] . I do believe it contains enough info what happend.

"Good Day,

So I have been using this account for a very long time. Based on my
emails From the 5 of April - Almost 3 Months.
I have lost a huge amount of money (Well of me), around 0.75 BTC if
not more/less.

I recently won a bit but it was minimal (minimal against 0.75 BTC). I
have made multiple withdraws and deposits and only now it was pointed
out that it is against your policy. It seems as if it was fine for me
to deposit but not withdraw.
I was asked to verify my account (Like I said 3 months later) and boom
account is locked and money is seized.

This is very, very unfair. Someone on your online chat - Adam - told
me it is against your policy. I did know that. This was never brought
to my attention. The closest was when I made a card transaction and
they said I can use the card because it is bind to a different
account.
It was never brought to my attention what the repercussions will be. I
understand that I was violating your policy without me knowing.

I will then request to make a fair judgement on this. Maybe if we can
rectify all of this.

I know it's a hard scenario because I would not have spent 0.75 BTC if
I knew it could be seized. I mean what could I have gained knowing
this and continuing...

Please let me know what we can do about this. If it must go further so
well be it but I am open to communication and a fair conclusion.

Also please send me the evidence of which the security team has.

My Account (email): [email protected]
My Account (username): ACuT3

Please note that the 0.75 I mention is a ballpark figure but I believe
it is close.
An Adam & A Jake helped tried to help me.

I will also like to speak to someone, via any platform, that is in a
position to help me.

I look forward to your reply.

Kind Regards
Luane"

I tried making a withdraw, I make a huge amount of transactions, and they requested me to verify my account - which I did.
I have not received an email as they said I should but the support on there platform sent me this:

"Hi,

I hate to bear the bad news but your account has been found to be duplicated meaning that you have violated our terms and conditions by having more than 1 account registered with Bitstarz. Such checks are standard procedure at Bitstarz whenever we receive cash outs that are higher than a certain amount.

Your account will remain closed permanently and your balance seized in full.

You were warned about this as you had a Self Excluded account and the period needed to be seen through and couldnt make new accounts to bypass it

Please note that creating duplicated account in our casino is strictly against our policy. You can read more about the terms that you have accepted when you have signed up at bitstarz.com .

From terms and conditions - https://www.bitstarz.com/terms:

Also any returns, winnings or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting the Manager at [email protected]. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member account being blocked for access.
