I think that OP is located in a crypto gambling ban area. For instance, currently in italy there is a DNS block/redirect to the site of the italian gambling authority.
I think that is probably the problem. I accessed the website easily on a smartphone from Hungary. No blocks, no bans, no warnings:

However, since the op assumed the website closed, it mist likely means that this person was able to use it before. I could be that the op moved to another country, or maybe Bitstarz stopped offering services for some new countries recently. Another guess is that the op'd IP might have been blocked from entering the website for whatever reason. So there are actually many possible answers, and it would be easier to determine the right one if the op provided more info on the case.

i dont know if its ideal to trust up this gambling site.

The forum account of bitstarz had a lot of accusations  in this forum and that was way back 2016. If that's the case for the gambling site, I don't want to play on their platform anymore. This is the trust summary of bitstarz.

The site is working fine in my end, when was your last visit?
It seems that your IP is blocking the site or maybe the site blocks your IP so it seems to be offline. As per my experience bitstarz was accessible without any VPN but I could not access it without VPN since a year ago IIRC. To be honest I do not use this site anymore since there are many unsolved scam accusation against bitstarz.

I opened this site and I can't seem to go through. It just keep on loading and loading.

Nah bitstarz sure have a lot of issues yet there is so much reviews site giving their site like a good reviews and I do not know why is the intention there, either of they are making some payment to give the good reviews or they are making this to support their thread, we never know this. But as far as I know their site should not be played by right now. Too much issue that the thread is like a dead thread, and hope no one are going to dignit up again

Undoubtedly most popular bitcoin casino sites now.lot of gambler easily access the website.I also face that problems it happens for ip adress.use a vpn then you can easily  access their sites.

I think is a DNS ban, not an IP ban, based on my experience some casinos are blacklisted from ISP when someone requests to do so.

If it is just because of your IP address then you should just use a VPN to get some access to their website.
Other gamblers could open it without a problem so,The only problem is your IP address.
The same problem happens to me too I also thought that there was a problem on the site but turns out that it was only my IP address.

Oh right it could be, I use google dns from 2010 so this is can be the reason that I can still access to the website.

I am sure the OP already found out the answer to his question but I will post my thoughts about this situation, maybe this could help him.
You didn't offer us enough information about your situation, so I am assuming you are accessing the website for the first time. This casino might be restricted in your country and that's why it shows you that the website is down. The same thing applies to me since I cannot acces the website with my own IP. So try changing the browser and IP.
I don't think changing the browser will do him any good since the situation that op is in is quite weird since he is one among many experiencing this problem.

There is also a possibility that op just wanted to draw attention towards bitstarz, but this is simply a theory without any proof.

I guess we already proven that the site is working.

Can OP lock this thread to avoid spam?

If OP can't do that then can we just stop posting because all the answers above are already sufficient enough to answer OP concern.

I don't have any idea why you cannot access or open bitstarz.com. I access bitstarz.com earlier, so far I don't have any problem with bitstarz.com. I don't think bitstarz is offline or down because it's working fine. I also visit the website using mobile device and mobile data but it's working perfectly.

Bitstarz.com is working fine here and there is no little problem accessing the site. It may be your internet connection because sometimes when I want to open a website and it won't load properly or can't access just like what you experienced. Other possible reason is that the website is down or closed/gone but the bitstarz.com is still accessible.

From my end it's working currently as far as i can see, i still don't know that they are running the site or not, i mean accepting the bets or not. But still if you have any concern and queries about their site, just hit them up on their main thread on Bitcointalk.
No need to create amany more threads in order to let your concern.
Their official thread is here : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitstarzcom-btc-eur-casino-get-200-free-spins-5btc-welcome-package-651730
And if you don't mind then lock the thread when your issue is solved.
Good luck.
Was able to access the website just like you without any sort of hassle which is why I find it odd that op is unable to access it.

Also, the link that you provided that refers to the main thread is useless since that thread has been locked which is why there is no issue with op opening a new thread regarding this problem.

The website is online for me, if you have some problems maybe their IP has been blacklisted from your provider, it's a very common practice on the gambling world but seems unrealistic for a bitcoin website.

(never ear about those ban for crypto casinos so far)

Well, I can only think of one thing why other people can not access their site, Maybe that site is limited only to a few countries and other countries have banned them technically because of some suspicion over their gambling site I guess, And even if you can access their site I really think that it is already down for some time now.

And base on the user name of bitstars.net in the forum he already had a negative trust so be cautious in playing on their site and have violated the forum rules and has a scam accusation in the past, So be very careful.

Edit: And if you would check the sites:
-bitstarz.com
-bitstars.net

they had the same content even though their official site is bitstarz.com now I really think it is own by the same person.

I'm pretty sure that's what OP is referring, unfortunately we cannot get an update from that thread since it's locked.
BTT acount is not active anymore, and worst they have bad feed back from DTs.

I tried it in my end now not using any bypass method like vpn and it's working but I would be very careful with this site due to their reputation in the forum.

You can check my screenshot.

Based on https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/bitstarz.com.html , it already down for 2 days 18 hours when i post this, almost 3 days. I can't find anything about why their website is down, since they didn't mention their social media account/page. I also can't access it even with vpn.

Yeah it is, I tried to use puffin browser now and it did work. While, I use mozilla firefox with VPN when I first tried it. Looks like OP just need to use other browser to be able to access it again.

Any ideas why bitstarz is offline?

I guess it's offline, I just visited the site and had used VPN since @bitinity told so, but it's not working either way.

Wow, this is old. Honestly, just heard this bitstarz and google some reviews about it and it's somehow enticing, no wonder there's scam accusation.
