I'm not sure if their selling physical units or contracts for hash.
They are offering both a physical miner and hosting contracts. The rented neoscrypt hashrate doesn't look good.

Since it is the Mini it is more affordable and many miners want to try it out. They fear that it is not real and look for me to demo it. I just did this for the whatsminer m10 and would like to do it for you. I linked my youtube box opening of the M10 I did 3 videos for it.
