If it's in queue, there's nothing you and us can do. All you need to do is to wait until a reason will be emailed to you.

They have an ANN thread as mentioned by the above poster, but there's no representative that will answer queries or who is updating the thread. The best thing to do is just to send them an email or contact their support, I believe they are a regulated site and they have the responsibility to handle concerns of their clients.

my bittrex account got disabled for unknown reasons 3 days ago - service request is still "in queue"

what can i do? (service request #386892)

There might be different reasons for this: multiple accounts, suspicious activity, etc. There is nothing you can do at this point. The support is the only one who can help you here.
