Just a heads up, to any of you that are following BCC

Bittrex will be giving their users BCC tokens on a 1:1 ratio

Deposits and withdrawals will be frozen on August 1st.
I also wouldn't send btc or bcc from my wallet until I will know everything runs proper.

https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000808991-Statement-on-Bitcoin-Cash-BCC-

This is an interesting news. Now, I am wondering if I will withdraw my Bitcoin to another wallet and my account will not be anymore holding any Bitcoin in Bittrex, will it mean I will not be getting any amount of BCC?

Now, if that is the case, it is not advisable to get my Bitcoin out from Bittrex since I am also interested to have some free BCC which I am planning to dump afterwards.

Am I correct?
No, i think you are not right. As I read this news: You get your bcc on bittrex and only deposits and withdrawels are frozen on one day (1.August) to asure that no money will be lost.
I also will not send btc oe bcc from my wallet, until I will be sure that everything runs proper.
Remember in August 1st is SegWit time, and don't try send Bitcoin in this time if not want loss your Bitcoin in old blockchain. Maybe not only one day can stable the system, even need one week sure we can sending Bitcoin normally.

I think your bitcoin is not loss as there may be more confirmation needed for your account to be credited. Another solution is for you to send bittrex a message and explain this problem to with how your money is stog in the network and as any solution from them!

UPDATE:
Bittrex just enabled wallets again and increased confirmation time for deposits, just like every other exchange.

edit:
When do you guys think most exchanges will disable withdrawal and deposit? 30th july? or earlier/later ?

i don't understand the reason why any exchange would want to "disable" their wallets? even for August 1.
there simply is no reason for it.
for the soft fork the only thing needed is higher number of confirmation and being aware of the possible orphaned chains
for the hard fork of BCC on August 1 the only thing needed is using their replay protection. and it is pretty simple stuff.

I just happened to Deposit amount of 3 BTC to my bittrex address and when i log in to the bittrex after 7 confirmation on blockchain to trade and i find that wallet is disabled for bip91.
So will i be able to recover funds or they are gone?

https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000761392
Your funds supposed to be safe, it won't lost I think as you have txid and bittrex could process or refund your bitcoin.
I'm wondering, since it has been over 10 hours, where is it? Have they refunded bitcoin to your wallet or what?
Bittrex stated : Bittrex will close deposits and withdrawals of Bitcoin (including 2nd layer protocol XCP/OMNI and associated assets) 4 hours prior to the BIP 91 activation block 477,120 anticipated to be at July 23, 12am PST (7am UTC).
The wallet will remain closed until the majority hash power chain is clearly established. Trading will remain active during this time. In the event of a chain split, Bittrex will take all reasonable steps to ensure that customer funds can be preserved on both chains.

I guess you have to wait until they stated are clear regarding BIP91 blocks.
However, I don't trust this site because too many accusations against them and not resolved yet, just like my account could got hacked or whatever due to I can't login anymore (my password and email are fine and secure) and I saw in this forum that other users funds just disappeared. Nonetheless, you can decide whether to trust them or not.

Edit : I'm glad your bitcoins are safe right now. Cheesy, and you should lock this thread as well.

Thanks to Serpens66 , for letting me know that wallet is re enabled, i just logged in and found that all my bitcoins are now credited.

As a mere Precaution i will be using LTC now for trade including deposit and withdraw to all merchant sites who accept them. I am sure in August people will decrease using the bitcoins and the number of Txn will be less as compared to earlier months, this could give rise to ltc as their demand is going to increase.

They are simply protecting assets. Its nothing to be concerned about. I rather them suspend it then have it go off chain and someone lose it. Its going to happen across all the exchanges.  A few more confirms is fine with me.

I use doge to transfer bitcoin to exchangers because it is cheaper and mostly faster as transfering bitcoin directly.

Because of OP' experienced, it's now clear for everyone to at least minimize your bitcoin transaction while August is approaching and stopped involving large amount for the moment. Although coins will be delivered on trader's respective account at trading exchanges in the end, it's way more better if we at least reduced our worries for a lost funds during the process.

As far as recommendations is concerned, at least on the eve of August 1st, stopped doing transactions for now. For me, I will make my final set of transactions tomorrow.

That's a hard one man. Only bittrex will be the only one who can answer your problem.
But best case scenario is you will get your deposit once they lift the disability of bitcoin deposits.
I don't think they would not let you have your deposit, it's just a crazy time right now for bitcoin users.

As wallets are enabled again it seems like it's just extra precaution. In the end deposits will be processed as normal from what I seems so no worries.

Great they changed their mind because its still to early to freeze the withdrawals and deposits however since change is coming we will certainly come to that.

what i'm intrigued is how come op doesn't know about the announcement of bittrex which he state in the op?. if other exchanges comes to that they should make their

announcement mandatory to read for all users like a pop-up when you log-in or something like the news part in this forum.

So better wait and watch, and most importantly say no to trading for few days. Cheesy

its still okay to trade lol. what you should take extra precaution is depositing and withdrawing which should have 5times more confirmation than usual for it to be trusted.

if you're gonna trade deposit as soon as possible but certainly don't keep btc's on exchanges.

Get ready for such glitch in mean time of BIP91 activation. Estimated time to activate it is 2 weeks but it may take more than that. Currently its Bittrex but soon more will join. Better decrease transactions in these days. Your money will successfully reach your Bittrex address but you won't see it until Bittrex update the wallet. So better wait and watch, and most importantly say no to trading for few days. Cheesy

why did they disable wallets now, while all other exchanges only require more confirmations for deposit?!
I also have many funds locked at bittrex now, cause they not even sent an email to inform that they will block the whole wallet since today...

You can send a support ticket to bittrex if you don't want to wait for 1 week in delima. Like most of member have told you, I am also quite sure that they will credit your bitcoin when they will re-enable their bitcoin wallet.
