Before this happened, are you already complied with the KYC or not?
Yes, since the first time I created my account

They haven't made a judgement yet on your submission whether it's approved or denied?
No. The last answer in august 25, was: "Thank you for your submissions. We are processing your request. We appreciate your patience"

"Recently they banned many countries so first of all OP need to check is his country in list those can use their services if yes then surely he need to pass KYC then his account will be enable and if country is in blacklist then nothing going to happen because they never replying any email or support tickets those are in blacklist I also lost my account with nearly 250$ and they never give any reply in last 6 months."

They stopped operations in my country, but I do not live there any more. In fact I use Bittrex US, NOT Bittrex Global. I moved here before they banned my country, so I did not receive an email in october 18, one that Bittrex sent to users in my country, saying that them had until 10/29 to withdraw their funds from Bittrex International. The document I sent them (08/24) was my Florida Driver License. I am still national of my country but I reside here legally and as I said, I use Bittrex US.

I have read in this forum about this, also on other forums. In those stories I always find the beginning of the case but not the final solution.
You can take a look here, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/warning-yet-another-scam-by-the-shady-bittrex-exchange-5270691.

Someone has an experience of a disabled account and then re-enabled? How long did they take to complete the process?
If i am not wrong then you have submitted your documents for KYC verification on their exchange and they disabled your account. Right? I will suggest you to provide necessary information's like support chat history, email screenshots etc.

I sent them all the info they requested from me. They told me to wait and to be patient. I can be patient but I need to know they will complete the review and I not going to loose my coins.

Hello Bittrex disabled my account more than two weeks ago.
Before this happened, are you already complied with the KYC or not?

First they asked me for a proof of location, what I did. Then they asked me for 3 pictures holding my ID and a paper. I sent them those pictures. Their answer was: "Thank you for your submissions. We are processing your request. We appreciate your patience".  I have read in this forum about this, also on other forums. In those stories I always find the beginning of the case but not the final solution.

Actually, if you get denied, there's must be a reason attached to the message, and you can comply the lacking documents or information they required.
Bittrex is operating under a strict regulation, so it's just normal to see they are imposing the law strictly as well.

Based on my personal experience which my account has been active for years, if they'll require you to comply, just follow it.

You just need to pass the KYC and I think you are good to make transactions there in bittrex. It becomes normal now to submit documents to them. I don't know why they are asking for your location when they can see it with your IP, did you try using TOR/VPN to browse them?  All countries I think are allowed to bittrex except Hawaii I guess. There are still lots of users trading in this old exchange.

Usually, a maximum week-long waiting is enough.

Delays really happened and some factors are:

-Submission of the Wrong Selfie
-Improper Selection of Submitted Documents
-Using Non-Latin Characters to Complete Fill in Your Personal Information

When did you submit yours?

Try to bump your ticket or create a new one. How much the amount at risk? If you can afford to lose it, ask yourself if it's worth putting a time to fix this. Unfortunately, only them can help you.

Check their official thread and see how many complaints are in there especially the last pages; https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-bittrex-next-generation-exchange-btcltceacppcrddftcand-more-463202
I don't think he is gonna get any solution by adding another complain there. Bittrex authority have no headache about these accusations.
Just found another ANN of them and the thread poster Bittrex-Bill haven't been active after August 04, 2017.

Here is another ANN of Bittrex: [ANN] Bittrex.com (US-based, exchange) now open to the public

I have experience of them stealing my $30 (IIRC) even though I submitted proper documents. They're crooks. It's not worth it suing them for $30 but I hope there's a class action at some point.

It’s not clear to me also. What I think maybe the user account got banned then support  asked  him to submit Location proof. After that done, they again asked for submitting id holding photos.

I really don't like these behaviour from any exchange. Btw Op when you submitted the kyc? It’s already long? Or in few days.? I will ask to wait a bit more to get it approved by the support. Hope all will be ok soon.

It looks like they have been blocking so many people's accounts for a while now and their support is so shitty. Only support should be able to tell you how long you have to wait for your account to be reactivated but basing on the complaints, you would really be lucky if your account was reactivated
