#631185 from 07.12 name mismatched solved in about two weeks.
Maybe they increase staff count or maybe email to rayan (with autoreply) one week ago and twit’s to richiela and bittrextrouble helps speedup solve request.

P.s.
i didn’t use 2FA trick but every 3-4 days i “up” my ticket for prevent autoclose by timeout

Hi,

Due to an increased volume in support tickets we're experiencing longer than usual wait times.

We have noticed that you have opened multiple tickets with regards to the same issue and have automatically merged any newer tickets into the oldest ticket. While we understand this can be frustrating, please do not open multiple tickets for the same issue as this will cause your support request to be delayed.

Hello everybody !
The 2FA tick works, my problem of verification has been solved: #626203.
But the problem is that I have a real problem with he 2FA because I lost all data on my phone.
And the close the 2FA ticket without take it into account.
I created a new ticket for the 2FA lost keys: #779534

Guys just wanted to update ticket #541190 solved today using the 2fa trick. Thank you so much for the trick! I was waiting over 3 emotional weeks to have this resolved. And was resolved within 3 to 4 days of using the 2fa trick. Hope everyone elses accounts gets solved soon, I know how scary and frustrating it is to have your funds locked up.

Filed a complaint with Uncle Sam. Done dealing with these assholes.
They are playing shady all of the sudden and still they dont answer any problem here.

     ​My account have been blocked at 21/10/2017 because I should have to pass enhanced verification. I added all necessary documents to pass enhanced verification in ticket #331557 in Bittrex support . They answered me 27/10/2017, that my account has been re-enabled and my application for an enhanced account has been approved. But my account still disabled, and on Bittrex web-site they write: "YOUR ACCOUNT CANNOT BE AUTOMATICALLY ENABLED AT THIS TIME".
     I opened a new ticket #362643 with the subject "Account Disabled" and described in detail the essence of my problem. But this problem continues to this day. On my e-mail only periodically I receive a letter from Bittrex support of the following content: "Your account is under review and we will contact you when the review is completed. Please do not open duplicate tickets, as this will not lead to a faster resolution."
     I appeal to the support staff of Bittrex and to the founder of Bittrex Rami Kawah @ramikawach : please re-enable my account!!! MY TICKET #679417.

Ticket 556312 solved by opening up a new ticket on 12/14 doing the 2fa trick.

Do you need a 2fa active in order to use this trick?
