Why are you posting number of your tickets here? So it would be clear that you care about only your problems? Or do you think they will come here and say: "Oh, that guy posted the number of his ticket on a forum and that will make us solve it!".

So people have the full picture?

If you submit a support ticket you might think it's getting resolved at some point soon. You might think "they're 10/20 days late but maybe they've just so busy, I'm sure they'll get there soon". But a quick look at this thread and you know the full extent of the problem. There are people with "name mismatch" ticket numbers in 580,000s and Bitterex "support" still haven't dealt with numbers in 300-400,000s from early October and before. I think this thread is really useful.
We might don't need their ticket's number. They are just spamming with their begs, hoping someone will solve their problems. I think that will not work, while some interesting post might be unnoticed because of this spam. More constructive discussion how to solve the whole problem (not a problem of specific Bittrex client) would be more reasonable.

     ​My account have been blocked at 21/10/2017 because I should have to pass enhanced verification. I added all necessary documents to pass enhanced verification in ticket #331557 in Bittrex support . They answered me 27/10/2017, that my account has been re-enabled and my application for an enhanced account has been approved. But my account still disabled, and on Bittrex web-site they write: "YOUR ACCOUNT CANNOT BE AUTOMATICALLY ENABLED AT THIS TIME".
     I opened a new ticket #362643 with the subject "Account Disabled" and described in detail the essence of my problem. But this problem continues to this day. On my e-mail only periodically I receive a letter from Bittrex support of the following content: "Your account is under review and we will contact you when the review is completed. Please do not open duplicate tickets, as this will not lead to a faster resolution."
     I appeal to the support staff of Bittrex and to the founder of Bittrex Rami Kawah @ramikawach : please re-enable my account!!! MY TICKET #362643.

Enhanced verification, name mismatch. I haven't waited for a month like others here, but still do not anticipate for this being resolved any time soon.

For more than two weeks I did not pass the verification on Bitrex, my data was not even checked, ticket number #505612. Full ignore on the part of technical support.

My funds are locked away as well, I am waiting to see what happens, currently I have no idea how to approach this legally from EU. If you have money there, I recommend you to withdraw ALL of it (in case you are able).
