I had a problem with my 2FA on bittrex and they were quite fast to asnwer me! It took less than 4 days.
If you don't have any news after 1 week, send them another mail with your support ticket history.
But indeed with christmas holidays coming in, the answer time will be longer than usual.

Bittrex used to be a trustworthy and pleasant exchange, but like poloniex, they changed when they got big...

I'm hearing a lot of bad reports, including support issues and blocked accounts with no explanation. Also, they don't add coins easily like they used to do in the old days...

If this continues, they will lose the exchange competition to other services...

4days back I sent 3533 xdn coin to my bittrex account... But I didn't include the deposit I'd.. Cause after requesting for my deposit address ... I got a error deposit I'd.... I immediately contacted support... But up till now... I'm yet to get any response from them... Bittrex is suppose to be the most reliable  exchange out there... This is my 1st time using bittrex... And I must say that I'm 100% disappointed with their support... How long do I have to wait too get my $80 back???

First it is your own mistake,second holidays is coming and you should wait for their reply because you cant do anything about it they are the only ones who can resolve your issue.

There is no need to defend Bittrex because support issues is one of the company's major weaknesses. We know that customer's complaints can be very painful but responding quickly and kindly gives you a chance to salvage the relationship. Bittrex support needs serious improvement because I have heard several complaints about them before.

What’s the status of your ticket? I suggest logging on to support.bittrex.com. I hadn’t heard anything, logged onto the support page and saw they had replied. I didn’t include a memo when sending Lumens. They said it could take “1 month or more” to manually complete the transaction with a memo I provide.
I'm going to try that now
I just checked and I'm yet to get any response... I'll just assume the festive season is the reason for the delay

The likelihood of their staff being on vacation so have to wait for the holiday period they run out so that your complaint is followed up.Or the system is busy, Bittrex has a trusted system.

I've moved away from bittrex and some other exchangers, I'm afraid the E btc case will happen again.
I am currently using a local exchanger.

Maybe the problem is on the side of Minergate, they have that the output process for a very long time, but about bitrex so far, there have not been any big problems with them, it seems like everything is working for the time being.

I have never had any issues withdrawing from Bittrex. And I have withdrawn in at least 10 different cryptocurencies. I can't say the same for HitBTC, though.

I believe bittrex is a reliable trading platform, if the support issue is not answered, I think the system is busy, or you have done something wrong. This is bad luck to anyone.

Based in my experience you need to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before a representative read and process your ticket. make sure that all of the information needed is there because it will take more time if your information is insufficient.

this not include holidays. so good luck
