What he means is that a new map is being built. There is no ETA on when it will be complete or when the code will be finished.
The server will be changing to a new map soon with more games.

I should warn some people before playing Bitvegas, they advertise free .1mbtc every 15 minutes as a gift, however when you hit the little box that gives it to you in the game you are only given .05mbtc, which isn't enough to make a single bet. A little misleading.
I just tried it. They used to give you 1 mBTC each time, but I just got 0.5 mBTC:
