Anyway, its been several months since my last login but now I cant access my account because of invalid username/password. I'm quite sure with the password and username that I use but I dont know why I cant login. Too bad there is no "forgot password" feature, so the only way to recover my account is by creating a new account to submit a ticket?

I always set my speed to the max so I skip the animation completely
think its a matter of preferences , really , maybe try setting the speed to a lower number so you could enjoy the bouncing

as for the password recovery , it can be done through support only at the moment , probably as an additional security measure
if you are an investor and do not login every day , for example and someone was able to get access to your email - you would lose your coins even if your account wasn't compromised
if you forgot your password , you can write to [email protected] without creating a new account , by the way

Reaching thru their email or just simply contact lightlord and for sure he would get some response directly about his issue.On the game i do prefer on having a fast phase bets rather than on focusing into animation.It doesn't really matter for me.
