I agree with your point, According to new rules made by team,
YouTuber who has at least 5K subs can register,

There are certain parameters that we are evaluating before accept any participant

1. Recent videos engagement rate
2. Check followers detail via social blade ( If find anything suspicious straight out Disqualification)

Participant only allow to create video and eligible for reward if he/she create video after being accepted on Sheet.

We are looking for quality people to create good content, We will help them via our special content folder that they can use to create content
