Yes, I think majority of casinos have 3rd party providers and only a handful could have their own game unless it is a dice game or crash game. They have done some first good works to advertise their casino on Bitcoin Talk forum: Design good graphics with basic attractive information about their platform, buy a Copper membership to display graphics, images.

I agree with you that a next step is to advertise their service to forum members at wider scale, through a signature campaign or contests. I think they even had plans to do it before joining the forum and perhaps they already got an advisor and a signature campaign manager for that.
