And this is what makes the situation a bit odd where someone is fully aware with their minimum amount bet and have some bad past experiences with it then why would continue to deposit?
I dont see the point on abusing the bonus though since it does still require 30x wager requirement so its out of the possible motives.

I dont see that those set-up when it comes to minimal bets are indeed intentional and as same where Twitchyseal mentioned above this isnt something can be called a scam.

You've been aware and if they are really intending to hook up players to lose then they wouldnt really mind on giving you out some bonus or compensation.

Actually it really doesn't seem shady at all. It's probably not intentional, and I can understand why someone would be annoyed by it, which explains why they apologized and gave you the bonus.

What is shady is you depositing again and then complaining about the limits again and then creating this thread with the obvious intention to try and get another, larger, hand out.

And I don't think I've ever defended them before. I think I criticized them at some point years ago, something to do with their poker. But yeah, overall I've had very little interaction with nitrogen compared to most other well known sites so the shill card won't work on me.

Doesn't seem that shady. Probably an issue with the software provider, but even if they intentionally want high limits, nothing unethical about that.

The fact you're complaining about a 3mbtc bonus with 1x playthrough after you busted your account, and you ended up depositing again and then complaining again about the same limits as the first time makes it appear you are just trying to get more free bonuses out of them.

Based on the information that you provided, it is a sister site being operated by Nitrogensports which means that they operate in a similar manner and most probably have similar issues due to which my earlier post is accurate.

The new site does look better, but that doesn't matter much since their customer service is below average and their minimum betting limits are still high.

Personally, I used to play there a long time ago, but stopped since they limited me way too quickly just because I was winning small amounts consistently.

Their minimum bets are way too high as you stated, but I don't think they will change them since they don't really care about player feedback based on what I observed.
