Audiocoin isn't a new coin though. It's been around since 2015. So this is quite different from a celeb making their own coin and premining and shilling to their fans.

i wont be getting into audiocoin because of this Bjork news but it will make it visible to a lot more people and also the blockchain crypto tech.

Hahaha my thoughts exactly! However i'm pretty sure Bjork herself or someone in her circle knows exactly what their doing. I actually wondered for a while which celebrity would be the first to sell their creative work as a means to shill a crypto currency!

Do I think a huge celebrity endorsing a product could be profitable? 100% yes. Bjork is not some passing fad like DJ Khaled who's fans are broke teenager, she's a cultural icon. Her fans take her serious and have money to invest.

Do I agree that Bjork is a huge celebrity and pop icon. 100% yes. I may not enjoy her music, but I can fully appreciate her as a statement of music. She may not have the adoring legions that is commanded by the likes of Bieber and what not, but they are the ones around for a long time and I believe more to the demography of cryptocurrency.
Does that mean I will buy and hold Audiocoins? Not really

Bjork is an amazing singer and I would buy the album even without any coins. But hey, when the give the coins for free for all buyers, it's ok. Maybe you are lucky and the coins are worth something one day. If not, you still have good music to hear.
