Just want to confirm that my problem a few weeks ago has been solved BK8 already credited the bonus to my new account

Of course it needs hard work, but for me it is better to upgrade the platform first than adding new games. Once the platform is better and faster then players will be more comfortable to play longer.

Is it true that Casino isn't the main focus of BK8?
I don't think it is the reason they were slow to add new games... From my observation, the site has at least three dominant games: sports, casino, and slots. The highest wager is usually from casino games, meanwhile sports is the worst of all three in term of wager. Well, even if you do 3x wager, sports is nowhere near casino and slots games. The slots section surely needs some major rework, one of it is about the update speed.

Is it true that Casino isn't the main focus of BK8? Not adding the latest released game does not mean that they are less active. I can say like this because I can see some games in bk8 that are not available in other sites that can be considered as very active site. I cant find Bonanza Gold and Pyramid Bonanza in other casinos where I used to play, but I can find it in bk8. So I guess it is about decision policy from the internal team of any site whether they are going to add the games or not. The game you mentioned was released in certain regions which I'm sure is only available in the Asian region this means that there are provisions from Pragmatic provider not site owners different cases if indeed the game is released for all regions but has not been added. As a player I want to see new games every week, almost all games I've played.

There was a talk about local lottery "TOGEL" last month, BK8 said that there is a plan to add it but there is still no certain time when it will be added. I'm pretty sure local togel will be a nice addition because there are still many people play this lottery in real life every day. So far I have never seen any crypto site providing such lottery, so BK8 can be the first one.

Yeah I agreed with both points, the wallet system is the most difficult thing to update, I can understand what your point is, when you play the game, the balance will move to the game wallet and you will not see the balance when you open the Dashboard, you have to click "Restore" to transfer your balance from the game wallet to the Main wallet. about the VIP program, I have advised them to give CashBack globally, not only in one currency and also not to limit the amount of CashBack or RakeBack I'm not sure they lack a team, if yes I suggest roycilik on a contract for that he is active here must be very quick to hear suggestions from us. Sorry that has confused you, they gave the name "Santa's Wonderland" and image for Tournament and Cash Drop, they took the name from one of Pragmatic's games. Anyone tried to play pragmatic game recently in bk8?

It's a new game so probably the dev hasn't got time to add it yet. By the way, it's a rehashed of Gems Bonanza game with a lower max-win IIRC. If you are one of the winners the prize will be credited automatically, I once got a prize from a pragmatic contest/events.
How much you got from the prize? Is it worth it? IDR 2,000 is surely a bargain from the global site, which is usually $0.5. I can't remember for sure because he appeared suddenly I just won a new game event not a contest so the prize isn't that big the task is just to play and the winner is chosen randomly without the need to do anything. If I'm not mistaken around 100K IDR maybe the prize is different if you win the competition.
