I am sending these first thing tomorrow. Do I need to have the website up and ready for selling? I have a site but I only use it for my customers to see general announcements at this point.

Yea blackarrow has been really bad letting people know were batches were.  First they said batch 1 was closed, and were going into batch 2.  Now there saying that batch 1 is open, but hey were shipping your units march 10, instead of February 24.  It's pretty pathetic actually, to see this company with a good product, to have such terrible customer service.  Instead of just hiring people for 2 dollars an hour, they would rather try and do it themselves, and at the end of the day it's just costing them some serious $ signs

Sarcasm aside, we're doing the best we can. As I explained before, we want to hire long term employees rather than hiring a few people, training them, then firing them when the rush is over. We're working on implementing automation that will allow for a much easier transaction via BTC. We're working on adding resellers. As time progresses, things will get better. I'm sorry that there is such a delay.

First batch is still feb 24 and batch 1.5 is March...They have said why batch1 was closed because every chip was sold but they were told they could get more for double the price. Perfectly understandable. And BA has shown much better customer service than many other asic manufacturers.

We're absolutely on track for Feb 24th. We're going to be unaffected by the Chinese new year.

Orders are shipped by the order they're paid.

Wish I could just skip January... Grin

I think i am in the same boat as you torbtc. I sent a wire transfer 7 days ago and it said it would arrive to him on Dec 19. On Dec 20 it shows they received the money. Ive been messaging bobsag3 for over 3 days already and still have not received any response and it still says under payment state that the balance is due in my order/account on https://minersource.net/account. I already had a big error when i first tried to order. At this point i am getting a bit frustrated at the pace and/or lack of support.

Please PM me your order number, as I have said before we have several wires that do not have order numbers, and that significantly slows the process down.

If you are having trouble finding your BTC payment address, look carefully in all the emails you've gotten from BA.

The way gmail conversations work, it might not appear as a new email but a reply to a previous one.

BA may want to address this, Im sure its caused enough issues already.

Hey Bob, I wired money on Monday and nothing has changed to paid on my account yet, I understand that this is a manual process, but when can we expect updates for wire transfers?
I have over 20 wires still "pending", I update wires twice a day, ones that clear in the morning and ones that clear before I go to sleep.
Let me know if your order has not cleared by tomorrow.

Bob, are you able to check for status of payment that was made to BAS?

I wired my payment over on the 16th this month & the status still showing as "Processing payment". Should I be concerned?
I can check the status of tickets etc, but not payments :/

Batch 1 is still being filled. Those who ordered when the date said Feb 24th 2014 will have their orders shipped starting on Feb 24th 2014. Those who order when the date says March 10th 2014 will have their orders shipped starting March 10th 2014.

 I placed on order on Dec 2nd (229x) that I was not able to submit payment for within 24 hours, and have been waiting on two responses now to [email protected] inquiring about how to best resolve the status of this order.

 Can you offer any insight as to when sales might catch up with their email backlog ?

Ugh Sorry Matt than you should be calling this Batch 2, having two different ship date's on Batch 1 is a huge difference.
Not getting my miner shipped until march 10th and your charging the SAME for the product?
That cut's thousands off potential profit.
Especially after flooding the market with batch one?

it's still the first batch of chips. It's 2 weeks difference.

2 weeks difference is a margin of $6,000 return or more.... those first two-four weeks are the crucial ROI of the product.
I waited to order being told plenty were left, when in fact plenty were not left over for the first order. but for a two week delay.
I can't see buying at this point.

Matt, I created my order 5 days ago when it was still saying Feb 24 shipping. I have been unable to transfer using BTC so will now do a wire transfer. If you receive my bank wire in the coming week can you confirm that my Prospero X3 will be available on February 24? BTW I also included hosting so I would expect the unit to start hashing on Feb 24 or 25 at the latest.

Also, how confident are you that the Prospero X3 Batch 1 will indeed hit the Feb 24 target date, given that there is no news on the ASIC tapeout as yet. With two months left, and the Spring Festival holiday in China that leaves barely 7 weeks for tapeout, server prototyping, and testing.

Orders are shipped by the order they're paid. Since you purchased 5 days ago, I don't expect you're going to be hashing on the same day. We're going to be filling orders very quickly but you still have to allow some time for everything to be put in place.
