Black Thursday - what did you do?

I fell asleep, woke up, looked at the price and it was higher than before. Then I yawned.

I haven't done anything yet. Still debating whether I should stock up on a few BTC or a lot of LTC.
Had the same question this morning.

I decided to go with LTC. Made ~$1100 in the last 14-15 hours. Enjoying the waves.

In FIAT right now. Waiting another hour and 47 minutes. China waking up.

Guess they gonna dump for about 1-2 hours, then try to get the prices back.

( More coins = More fiat, so I'd say LTC?)

I'm thinking this is another bounce on a bigger downward trajectory.   I sold most around 480 earlier in the week, bought yesterday from 420 down to 360 where I ran out of fiat.  Sold a bit in the 450's today, with sell orders at 470, 480, and 500 levels, hoping to catch a upswing before it takes the next bounce down to rebuy upper 200's.

I could be wrong, who knows.  It's a fun game regardless.

I had tons of fun watching the rally from $340 to above $420.
Too low to sell much, I am expecting an up move to at least $500.

I have a little sold long ago had 425LTC hacked off BTC-e so I sold my BTC on Gox because of it back when Dwolla was still an option. Everything is gravy from here out. Regardless of how much BTC drops it will never die. I hope everyone makes $ off their investment but please keeps coins for purchase and use it for what it is intended for.

black friday was named because it was the first day most retailers went into the black (positive net income). i don't think most btc holders are going into the black today...

To all the hodlers out there, Hodler is one of my favorite painters.

Ferdinand Hodler

that is a very nice picture; like a ring of hodlers with a day-trader in the center, looking up to them asking "will it grow? will it? should I cut it down now or wait? how much longer?" and hodlers are smiling "have patience, poor child, you have only planted it five minutes ago".

I'm sure though he meant something different by that picture, but it fits well Smiley

Oh, and on-topic, did what any sane person should've done that day, bought some.

Decided to buy my first few bitcoin since it was at tree fiddy, had to wait for bank account verification, kept refreshing my bank deposits until I fell asleep, woke up and it was at $430. Well, it was about that time that I notice that coin was about eight stories tall and was a crustacean from the protozoic era.

I panic buyed, muhahaHAAHHAHH

It looks like there's a lot of new users since the last few weeks, that's consistent with what happened during November's bubble! Anyone care to make a graph with lines that point to the moon? Wink

I ignored it and did nothing.

Not even sure what the big deal is. We had a bigger crash than this the first time China banned Bitcoin.

Didn't notice, seriously.  So I guess I'm a holder > 1.  Sorry to see BTC taking another big move down.
