That 2 satoshi wall is either the developer himself or one of his "investors" who gave money for the listing.

Either way, both are really stupid because it they knew how to play this right, this could be pumped properly.

From what I see, there is a casino like game already and a lottery associated with the coin.

Dev should not give that amount of coin away and if he did, dev should just buy that 2 satoshi wall himself and give a chance for his coin to pump.
