It's not a double spend. It's a replace by fee.
It is my transaction. I have been trying since yesterday to help it go through by replacing it with a higher fee transaction. It is supported in electrum but the stupid block explorer sees it as double spend and rejects it.
I have now tried to accelerate it using viabtc. It should go through during the day.

couple days ago my tx with fees 0.0005 btc unconfirmed for 2days
It was the default. The tx was small in kb so fee per kb was not low.
If replace by fee worked correctly I would have fixed it already
