I do often notice people prediction if there's a same and let them have the chance to change but rarely happens.
You can consider adding a rule "If two or more than two users made the same price prediction, then the first one will be prioritized."
It will save you the trouble of comparing the user's prediction.
Re. My first prediction: I will have to delete and remake another prediction.

@Peanutswar, what happens when 2 users have made the same prediction.. will they share the prize or the first one to make the prediction will be taken into consideration?
Many times users don't look at the previous predictions before making their own and I by chance saw examplens making the same prediction I made but before me, Will his prediction be prioritized if price of bitcoin hit somewhere near that mark?

Most likely the one who gets it is the previous or earlier prediction which has a greater chance of getting it. But I don't know the rules here, let's just wait for @Peanutswar's answer.
