Topic: Blackjack.fun ignoring bugs for months + claiming "blackmail" (Read 468 times)

Since most likely the thread has ran it's course and no new feedback from blackjack.fun  ( other then we've checked and couldn't find it ) , I'm gona proceed in locking this thread in a few hours.     My negative trust rating against you will stand due to obvious reasons ,  will consider changing it to neutral once the bug is fixed and no players are at risk of losing their money due to it.



Got to add I'm a bit dissapointed of some of the feedbacks here , as for me it's making it seem that it's perfectly normal for a gambling website where people should send their money , to deny/ignore a bug existing , and instead claim that everything works fine , that it's a blackmail attempt to slander their reputation.        I suppose it worked..

It's the same for me though , buttons are clearly shown below the cards , it's basically once you try to click the hit  , stand buttons  , somehow it's overlapsing I think  ( visually nothing changes , buttons still show below the cards ) .

On my screen, the buttons were clear below the cards, so it wasn't even an issue. But if there is an overlap for some people, yeah it sounds like that needs to be fixed. I'm removing my neutral tag on them for now.

Well my point is they're dead set on me being the blackmailler , and I think all of you would react the same if someone would accuse you of this , so since they're convinced I'm the one , I'm giving them permission to post it .

There are a few ways in how I see this whole situation :

1.   Someone was actually blackmailling them , how they say everyday for a few months ,   and since I posted on their thread a few days ago calling them shady because of the bug , they simply assumed it's me and keeping to it.

2.  There is no blackmail , they're just using it as an excuse to look better and it's simply poor coding , website element arrangements or whatever it is that's causing the buttons not to work , which I'm inclined to believe since they're saying they didn't find anything at all , already a few times ,  and I also find it hard to believe that other people are getting this issue with the buttons but after their check , analyzing the code  . website etc they can't find anything wrong .

And how they see it :
1. Most probably there is no bug/issue , and they are sure that I'm blackmailling them to get money out of them , in which case ( since they're certain it's me) I give them permission to post my ip's , and whatever other information they have regarding me blackmaill-ing them .

It's not a case of developing thick skin anymore Royse , cause if you'd be in the same situation I'm assuming you'd want answers / justifications and not simply sweep it under the rug and move on.

The reason why the button is not working probably because the button was adjacent to the card.

The cursor was pointed to the button but the reality pointed at the card behind the button, that's why the button not really working. The button sometimes working but sometimes not, if the blackjack.fun wanna me to do a video about this i will glad to help. I tried the game with fun balance.
 
Maybe @blackjack.fun can separate the button from the card, which could be solved the bug.

AlexSimion, calm down bud. Give them time to fix it (looking at some others post in other thread) and I do not think exposing the IP and stuffs will be a good thing if it's not yours. Whoever the guy will be, they will find a way to herras them more and this time they will get a solid ground.

You seem too frustrated just because they told some bad things towards you. Better to have some thick skin. It's an anonymous forum.

if on the one hand people complain that certain things are not working and on the other hand the owner of the website says that he has already fixed it and that everything is fine. then I will say what I would do: I would look for another website and subject it would be resolved because it is useless to continue with this because there will be no solution

have you tried to login with another computer and test to see if you will have the same problem?

you need to do these tests and record video to be more sure that the problem is not just on your side

I don't believe that my chrome browser is magically causing this to happen only for me.

So we tested and tryed to replicate the bug with all the browsers. Worked on all of them. No problems with hit button.
Now we re-wrote the code. New code is already live. Just in case. Ofcourse we care about customers. Unfortunately not much people care about us.

I saw the video and I must say that the situation is very serious, how can people play like that? Blackjack.fun instead of thanking someone for reporting this problem and correcting it, they are discussing things that do not lead to the solution of the problem. I honestly don't understand this Blackjack.fun posture. for someone who is running a business having this kind of attitude harms their business. A person who has some business must make customers feel very good and must always have in mind that a customer's complaint must be resolved immediately because losing one customer means losing many other customers afterwards.

Btw, I too have made a few bets on the site last year around August, but I didn't experience any such bug regarding the hit and stand buttons. Maybe the bug came along later.

You have the IP addresses right? Make a legal case against the user. They (legal authority) can ask the forum admin to give info of the same user using the IP. In legal cases theymos can help you I believe.

Without having solid information, I do not think blaming AlexSimion is a good idea although I do not know the full story.


I would advice AlexSimion to give the steps (if he can) to find where the bug expose then I can try a trail in your website if you want. If you trust me then you can give me some funds to try out. By any chance if I end up winning big or any amount, I declare that I will not withdraw that money. It will be all yours to keep and you can wipe out the fund after I test the system. I can do this for the community.

Knowing that it's very much impossible to know the bug or believe the story unless some of us are trying it out. You can offer it anyone who has good amount of trust here.

Royse don't know if there are any actual steps to replicate it , as it seems to randomly happen after playing some games .

For the blackjack.fun  lieying son of a bitch ,   come forward with all or any evidence of this fked up claim you just made , I'll save you the trouble of searching after for me and just DOX myself ,  and it would be a very easy case for you.  God damn it.


Royse there are some other people who posted on their thread about the bug , can you maybe pm them asking them to give feedback here aswell if they've encountered it ,  I don't want it to seem that I'm trying to influence them somehow by contacting them.
