Guys. We always have enough funds on hot wallets. We just have anti-fraud system in place. If person havent made any deposits and wants to withdraw then it just activates and it is on manual mode. Every blackjack.fun community member who have deposited can withdraw the funds automatically instantly.

The problem just occur because the team is improving something related to technical issue. The weekend dayoff of admin is nothing to do with delayed deposit/withdrawal records because the casino is working properly during weekends before and they just experience  this kind of issue since the recent Ddos attack and might give an aftermath or a reason for the team to upgrade a certain part of the casino to avoid this problem in the future. The team acknowledged already the bugs and that's what important right now since they are working on it.

Technically speaking, You have point on maintaining low amount on hot wallet but they should atleast create a code that automatically refills once its balance is fall below than the minimum threshold set by the admin or other things that will automatically refills it even without any admin since they usually on break during weekends.

I personally don't have any idea on matter like this but I notinced already that the deposit and withdrawal is already resolved. Let's just see if the issue will persist on weekends.

The stupidest thing I keep doing almost at all times is that whenever I get a signature income,whichever place it is, I just either deposit it there or maybe they deposit it to my account there, and I gamble that away . I know that I could withdraw it and consider it a profit or salary for my hard work etc etc, but instead of doing that, I just end up gambling that.

The problem is that if you have "too" much in the hot wallet, then if any hack happens they will lose a ton of money. But if they make it a bit smaller, then in case of a hacking attempt they will lose only a small amount whereas they would refill it when people want to withdraw it all. This requires them to be online at all times and not have this type of waiting period, at least 1 person on their 7/24 at all times (not the same person of course, in shifts).

However, I do understand that there are some situations where it is not going to be helpful about something like a whale who wants to withdraw and may not have that much in the hot wallet so he empties it and that creates an issue.

So we can assume the problem is with the Blackjack.fun server? your screenshot is error 204 i always get it on Bgaming provider
If error 204 then our balance will disappear there are still other error like 105 and 102 but here our balance doesn't disappear
Actually some of us have already reported it but until today I still get the same problem.

For sure they would really be resolving those deposit issue in alts considering that it hadn't push through which does simply implies that there's something wrong into their hot wallets.
On side note, they should at least put up some funds into those wallets considering that not all people would be tending to play using Bitcoin all the time and also they have accepted altcoin option which its function should be available most of the time for which it could really avoid such problems or issues about deposits.
