The withdrawal fee they charge includes service fee but it’s just minimal compared before. This topic is already been discussed few months ago. Withdrawal fee is different to transaction fee in blackjack.fun case since it’s a form of flat rate to counter the changes of transaction fee in short period of time. Actually it was around 0.0001BTC before they adjust the withdrawal fee to the current amount.
