The recent issue reported was from signature campaign and not from gamblers in the Casino. I guess the problem for users can't get an instant to withdraw from the Signature or promotion. Not really a big deal for this case, you can try to deposit with your money maybe 10$ make a couple bet.

This in understandable that you should manually review this withdrawals since it was really strange and shady that the user will deposit, will not play and just going to withdraw. Which clearly shows that the user just wanted to get a clean coins or launder his money and still the best option is to manually confirm it or probably interview or ask the user why?

If you are someone from the Blackjack Team, I would like to suggest you add at least one of those games to see if your players like it. As I already said before, Every game has a different fan base. A few comments from me about the issue above.

Firstly,,, I really also hate people who flood chat with that kind of issue. And you often see this in all previous campaigns I saw, the ones who keep flooding complaints usually are the least helpful and constructive. I have alerted our campaign manager in the past,,, of certain users who I feel have not contributed to the forum, and I hate doing it because I know everyone should have a chance, but sometimes, this behavior makes me annoyed because we have a duty to the campaign to provide quality, and to do our best, and a duty to this gambling sub forum also to contribute to the crypto economy in a useful way.

Secondly,,, for those who keep adding nonsense spam and complaints. Please think about the service you SUPPORT and PROMOTE. Help them deal with things properly and supportively. Act not just like a customer and bounty hunter but as an ambassador and representative. Be proud of them. You chose them, did you not?

The admin announced in the campaign thread that withdrawal for users who have not made any deposits before will be processed manually and that could take extra time than the normal instant withdrawal, having an active admin such as blackjack admin the wait will not take long as expected.

Right, I did it yesterday and it looks like it's fixed. Actually asking admins when there is a problem is not just about impatiently waiting for a fix but we also want to know what the problem is. But because everything has returned to normal, the problem has been resolved even though the admin did not answer us here.
