Decided to try it: deposited about $10 in Litecoin, played about fifty or so hands (lost it all of course: that's on me, however, as I didn't cash-out when I doubled my cash and lost it all), and a run of bad luck (blackjacks mostly on the dealer, and said dealer pulling out 19/18 when I had 17/18) ended my session.

I am sorry that happened to you. Unfortunately when a new gambling casino starts there are people who are looking for that type of bugs so they can abuse it and make themselves a lot of money before the casino catches on. Hopefully you have stopped them from withdrawing or at least figured it out soon before they withdrew too much. You will have to bare with all of these type of problems if you would like to get big in casino world.

I know its going to be a painful path and it will take time. Hopefully you will have a smoother path than many others but even biggest places like primedice had to deal with these, primedice even had a guy who stole 2000 bitcoins from them at one point because of some seed abusing thing hacker did. So just be patient and be careful and you will get bigger.

If you think it was a bug in the system but you don't know how it was exploited, how do you know it was actually a bug or vulnerability in the first place? I'm not assuming anything at this point (though some may), but are you 100% sure it was not a legit win? It just doesn't sound quite right (or you may not be telling us the whole thing). Just in case, I have nothing to do with this attack

In last two days blackjack.fun have been suffered RNG attack.

Attacker found a way to manipulate Provably Fair random number generator and abused our loved instant withdraw feature. He made a deposit 0.002 btc and wanted to withdraw more then 1.5 btc plus Dash and Ltc. He got some of it.  He made a pretty nice profit. Attacker is also the one who is complaining about delays in withdraw because only he's withdraws was suspended at the time of complaining. Since you have fake email and I even cant write here in bt because you have only few days old bt account then please:

I understand how you guys feel but as long as the casino is actually going to process all the withdrawals within a short while, you should be okay. Keeping some coins in the hot wallet is a good idea, but let's not forget about variance. Sometimes there can be outliers and that's what cold wallets are for (apart from reducing the risks of losing money due to hacks, inside jobs, etc)

I would of played on the site during their promotion period. I messaged earlier to see if I could get the 0.06 dash offered but did not get a response back. Not replying to their potential customers is not very good customer service and shows they do not care for anymore additional/new business.
