Another possible explanation is that bitbollo could be using a browser add-on that is somehow affecting the display of the website and it is producing that weird bug, so if bitbollo has a lot of add-ons active then it could be a good idea to disable them all, restart the web browser and then see if he has the same problems, if this fixes his issue then he will need to go through each one of those add-ons in order to find the one that is the culprit of this weird behavior.

The only add on that I know that can affect my screen display are the eye protector (the one that dims your screen) and then the ad blocker plus (the one that removes annoying ads on our screen) so that the display will look better and the site can also load faster but I don't think they have a conflict on the gambling site that I've been using though he can still follow your advice. If that doesn't fix his problems then he can try updating the current browser that he was using.

There might be a new update and that should fix the bugs going on, or he can also use a different browser if ever he have more than one installed on his device.

As per admin statement yesterday. They are processing the withdrawal request manually and there's no ETA for the upgrade finished. Use chat box to notify admin about your withdrawal so that it will be process manually. This is what other user doing since yesterday to process there pending transaction.

Admin is more active on chat box rather than email.

It's not just problem in the third party games but at the same time transaction ID is not processing since morning for me and therefore I am unable to take the deposit out which honestly have already been down like 4% since in the morning on the exchange it was showing+3% and then it's going in negative. Is anyone also having the same problem?

Is it possible to know if all the bugs will be fixed on time today or would it take a bit more time as well? I am really excited for the new upgraded version of the casino tho but let's see how much time it takes.

I have the same issue here i wait for the credit to play and i tried to reload for a few more times because of the possible visual bug but still it is in there i guess we need to wait for the more confirmation regarding with the issue right now, cant wait to play right now hoping they will fix this immediately.

I have tried a lots of time and all the time showing the same. But I am surprised that there is no effect on the balance and also I have received my payment on my blackjack account from blackjack signature campaign. I think they will fix the problem asap and let us play on their site.

Admin has confirmed in the chat room that there is a problem in some third-party games all live games and some slot games
I'm a bit lucky to still be able to play it because before the update started I was already in the game so I can still play , if I leave the game then I will get the same problem.

I was expecting them to complete this at one shot but I guess they will just implement the upgrades feature by feature so that gaming experience of players will not be interrupted for a long time.
