This is a terror attacks and every good people and world leaders should condemned this wicked and unnecessary waste of human life. 10 people killed and 40 injured is not a laughing matter. Our prayers and heart are with the family of this victim of this unhuman against human.It was an attack which should have been mourned and condemned. But unfortunately, some western nations such as Germany refused to show solidarity with the Russian people. They should have set aside politics for some time.

I think that you are mentally challenged. You believe that Putin organized the attack? Why would he do that? His popularity is at all time high (at around 85%), and this incident has tarnished his reputation, although on a smaller scale.
