Services blender.io and blenderwallet.io are closed for maintenance. Completion dates for technical work will be announced later.
Your funds in Blender Wallet are safe. You can wait for the service to open or access them with a mnemonic and passphrase in the Electrum wallet or any other compatible wallet.
For those who have not received mixing results, they will be sent when the service starts.
We apologize for the inconvenience, please do not worry, the services will be resumed in the near future

Blenderio mixer has a Telegram bot now.
It allows you to quickly create new mixings and conveniently follow its' statuses.
I don't think that using telegram for mixing bitcoins is a good idea.
In addition to many scams and fake accounts in telegram, you are basically connecting your phone number and your locations with specific bitcoin addresses and transactions.
Some people don't care to research, but Telegram servers are holding all information, ALL chats and groups are public and not encrypted in any way... except maybe separate secret chat between mobile devices.

We recommend to use rented phone number for these purposes, NOT your personal account.

Good news!

Blenderio mixer has a Telegram bot now.
It allows you to quickly create new mixings and conveniently follow its' statuses.
Link to the bot @madeamaze_bot

Pay attention! Any other bot, including those that contain words "blender", "blenderio" in its names, are scam and do not belong to the Blenderio mixer team.

RE:

The person logs in regularly on the forum, but in my opinion, you would get a quicker response by email (sorry I've never seen a mixer with a phone number for the support, but it could be something fun).

Blender.io's email is clearly visible on their website here https://blender.io/contacts.
Disable Javascript if you see something like "email protected".
Or if you have a Telegram account, there are 2 channels (listed on the same page)

The BTC address you posted won't be useful to you.

Is this the correct place to try to reach out to blender.io? There is no support email or phone number. And I have no idea what to do with "Service address: 15PggTG7YhJKiE6B16vkKzA1YDTZipXEX4"

Regarding Blender.io
Your answer is just above your message I guess.

As for Ultramixer, it's a scam
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.29058223
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.52184754

so you can consider your money lost. Besides this, there is nothing wrong with all the mixers. "Business as usual"

I've used blender.io and ultramixer in the last 2 days.
They both took my coin but never mixed or even refunded
Is there something going on with all the mixer sites?

Ps: yes I've used blender.io before with no problem.

If an Admin will pm maybe we can figure out the problem?

I'm using 2 mobile electrum wallets
I can su]ly the letter of guarantee tomorrow.

The issue has been resolved, it was associated with a rare situation related to the network fee spikes.
All result transfers are prepared and will be sent according to the specified in the mixing delay, which has to be counted out from this morning, not from your payment's first confirmation (as usual).
Sorry for any inconveniences.

Hello everyone
The service is working, you will receive your funds
The problem with wrong number of confirmations displayed on the mixer page is being managed
Responding to everyone in pm
Sorry for the inconvenience

Glad to know that your problem has been resolve, however i found it horrible how such an error could happen with one of the trusted mixers in the market nowadays. Usually, we prefer working with a mixer who has the fastest algorithm and the fatest response from support as well.
I can imagine for how long your logs were stored in their servers before solving the issue and how you were forced to publish the transaction details after not receiving any answer from the support team. I can also imagine how this could happen with someone ignorant who doesn't know about saving a letter of garantee or the session sode, this could also happen with someone using the service frequently who used not to do so after many successful operations.
I hope this won't happen again .

I wonder if it's not scary for people to send a large amount of BTC, let's say 2000 to such services?

There is nothing to stop a person from making multiple deposits instead to send 2000BTC at once. Especially since some mixers don't have 2000 BTC in stock (the maximum to mix with Blender.io is 2800BTC currently). As a safety precaution, it's also better to do it
When you have over $90 million worth of bitcoins, I don't think it's a problem to spend i.e. $1000 on transaction fees and also the service fees.

Blender.io switches to the new onion address format (V.3).

Our new domain is blenderiopnzbuvtva6d2ddiedrbf6fbekh5axomzho6wrulowcludad.onion

You can find it in the first message of this thread, and also in the header of our website.

The service is still available by the old link blenderiocpxfema.onion (short address in V.2 format). While using it, you may see a notification about the need to switch to V.3. address format. Click on "Got it" button to continue using the old address.

Their situation seems to be getting from bad to worse if this is true. Just last month, they claimed their wallet (Blender wallet) which i believe is part of them got hacked and 100 BTC was stolen

June 22, 2021 – Non-custodial crypto wallet Blender Wallet has been hacked. The hackers withdrew the amount of 100 BTC in total.

As a non-custodial service, Blender Wallet doesn’t store data about users on servers. The Blender Wallet team has immediately disabled registration and access to the wallets to  protect users’ funds and make sure that newly generated seed phases won’t get in hacker’s hands. The executives promise to cover the losses from Blender Mixer’s reserves. Every user who has lost the money due to the hack will get the exact amount of money on their balance. Further information on compensation will be available at https://blenderwallet.io and @BlenderWalletio_English Telegram channel.

“Over the course of investigation, we promise to figure out how hackers managed to hack a non-custodial solution, as we don’t store any data granting access to users’ balances on our servers. We initiated an internal investigation. The details of how hackers got access to users’ funds are still unclear,” commented the officials. "The whole crypto community, be it a regulated exchange or a mixer, should deploy all the forces against cybercrime, as it's users who get affected in the first place. And as a service we must do whatever we can to protect funds that we've been entrusted with."

This is BlenderWallet server logs, not Blender.io. Blender.io doesn't store any users logs or any other information.

They said that they were in the process of refunding the victims, but if this can happen to a mixer and their wallet. I don't think it gives any much confidence using their services at this point.

Just saw this on twitter. Can you confirm/deny?

Large #Bitcoin  mixer, http://blender.io had 1 day of logs leaked, containing information on individual who were likely attempting to launder funds that day.

Some of the information that leaked is the encrypted seed phrase to wallets and the transaction IDs.

Are there any official status updates from Blender team?
I see that website is now working on both clearnet and tor version but blenderwallet website is still showing attack information and it is not functional at all.
Have all funds been recovered to affected customers or not, and is it safe to use Blender service or not?
I will write a warning feedback until this situation is clarified.

After updating the Tor browser started showing a warning that it is necessary to switch from when V.2 onion addresses (standard short ones, for example blenderiocpxfema.onion) to the new V.3 address format (new long ones).
It doesn't affect service's functionality.
Click on the Got it button and continue using our usual address blenderiocpxfema.onion
We will inform you additionally about the change of the address to the new format.
