Only fitting....A great question deserves a great answer Wink ^^^

If you are new to Blitz, check out the work of art killakem and company have created over at Fibre!! A little virtual exploration might help ease any fear you have regarding this particular project.

EDIT: @killakem: speaking of Fibre, is there any chance Fibrelock can be implemented for the lite wallets?

This is on the road map. Cheesy

Also coming soon will be the IOS and android versions of BlitzPay followed by stealth addresses and Smart contracts. The Blockchain Delivery Network is being developed in parallel, the BlitzNode beta will be available soon.

Once BlitzCore is released, developers will be able to create applications for any of the 30 Blockchains hosted by the BDN with no knowledge of Cryptography or the blockchain. This will increase the development and innovation in crypto ten fold.

We will soon focus on our decentralized marketplace that will also utilize the BDN. Its focus will be anonymity and decentralization and will only be available via TOR or I2P

Blitzpay is a decentralized and Trustless HD wallet. You do not have to trust a 3rd party with your coins and your private key is never shared with a BlitzNode.

Even trustless web wallets are not secure, any extension running in the browser has access to the web wallets internal data.

Delivering the Wallet in a chrome application allows it to run in a somewhat isolated environment. BlitzPay is more secure than 99% of web wallets.

Its based on the HD BIP32 MultiSig wallet Copay developed by Bitpay. It has been open source for nearly a year, many security audits have taken place and Bitpay currently use it in production.

Noob question but what the reasoning behind all the wallets and how can I be sure the chrome wallet is secure?

If you haven't already, please download the Chrome extension for BlitzPay and check it out.... send some coins..... receive some coins.... test it out, ya know? Please share anything you find that might not look right....this is the Beta version, which also means don't use a large # of coins either.

Been outta pocket most of the day... very nice to come back and see BLITZ on the ticker.... looks quite nice!! This shizzle is official!!! I wish the swap hadn't erased the coin volume for today though. Sure be nice to see BLITZ on the "Markets" dropdown on Bittrex again.

I'll truly be happy when I can read BLITZ on the front page Cool

Hi, new here and just trying to get my head round what you are doing.

I saw something about "all 31 coins listed at Bitalize" will have their blockchains delivered via the bdn - but I can't find any list. Can somebody tell me what these coins are and how a coin comes to be part of the network?

You can also view the listed Digital Currency projects at http://bitalize.com/connect/groups

This list was compiled some time ago. Only coins with active development and active community's will be included.

Archcoin
Bitcoindark
Bitswift
Blackcoin
Blitz
Blocknet
Burst
Cannabis coin
Darkcoin
DOGECOIN
Electronic Gulden
Feathercoin
Fibrecoin
Gridcoin
Horizon
I/O coin
Litecoin
Maidsafecoin
Monero
NXT
Peercoin
Pimpcash
Reddcoin
Ripple
Shadowcash
Stellar
Supernet
Syscoin
Urocoin
Vericoin
Viacoin
XCurrency

Thanks for listing e-Gulden on that list, the list was compiled around 5th of november when the coin launched, until around 1st december when OCUPY.NET went live.
