not sure what is the status of this problem now but on how OP is acting? i think that he had already taken his funds and maybe reporting this thread for locking will help prevent spams.

not unless he will return here to update about the issue.
If the problem hasn't been solved for sure he will still be here and update about the problem but it looks like the problem has been solved since he left the forum 1 week ago.
Or if it's impossible for Op to let the money disappear because he finds it difficult to retrieve the money that has been confiscated by the site.
When there are problems that a user has in a casino, it is very common for a lot of noise to be made, in fact, it arouses the interest of DT users in the forum and they are always aware of the protection of the players, and people so that they are not scammed, that is something that is always noticed here at bitcointalk, and when a casino is accused of fraud by showing the respective evidence and the casino manages to make a deal with that person, I think so, that is where it is presumed that the thing was fixed, but here oP should put in context that it has already been Resolved and close the thread Separately.

they remained silent and did not give any proof that they were robbers

It's very difficult for the members of this forum to help you because you don't want to provide any proof, so you created this thread:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62222871

You created it in the accusation scam section, but you also didn't provide evidence as well as you closed the thread and I don't understand why you did that, you didn't follow the proper format when you created a thread in the scam accusation section, so here on the forum I very much doubt that manage to solve your problem, so I recommend that you create a complaint here:

https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints

https://casino.guru/complaints

they will contact the casino and the casino will tell their version of the story and then they will ask the casino to provide proof of what they are accusing you of and in case it is nonsense then they will mark the casino as a casino scam, I honestly think this is the only step you have left, and of course for the future do not use these scam casinos, there are many casinos that are good casinos, you can see in my signature, they have the best casino in this market.

this is a scammer stay away after i was offered on forums to play at blizz.io i deposited and won then i asked to withdraw they asked me to verify my identity after i sent the documents for verification they closed my account and took all my money for a very absurd reason i really don't understand what is going on

this is the reason they give really I don't know anything they don't have any proof

Sorry, but i don`t see any proves from you. You say that they banned you after KYC, so may be your id was compromised. I think that you ought to create thread in scam accusations and try to get some more answers. But it would be better to show some proves that you gambled there, made some deposits, etc.
PS. Your screenshot shows nothing - no any proves from both sides, just words.

he created a thread in the scam section, but strangely he locked the thread in the scam section, but even so in the accusation scam section he was not able to post any relevant evidence, so it is very difficult for anyone on the forum to understand him, I recommend that he report his problem on askgambler and casino.guro are the only best options he has at the moment and I hope he shows proof in case casino.guro and askgambler ask him

I reported to casinoguru here and blizz.io is still silent they don't speak

https://casino.guru/blizz-casino-the-player-s-account-got-blocked

i saw that casino guro is trying to get in contact with the representatives of this casino but every attempt to contact them is being in vain, so this shows that this casino has no intention to solve this case, we can assume that they are scammers and with this all people should avoid using this casino, and you should prepare yourself to conform that these scammers will not give you your money back, because if these scammers are not even responding to the casino.guro then it means that these scammers no longer have reputation to preserve, they will be taking all the money from the customers and then disappear and come back with another new casino and that's why I've been constantly telling people to avoid new casinos, I know it seems to be a little unfair what I'm saying say but in new casinos you should not put more than 100$ to play until the casino proves that it can be trusted and it can only prove that if it stays in operation for months without having a single case of complaint

if curacao or wherever that casino had a license was a serious country people could report cases like these and the police could arrest the scammers, but unfortunately the country that issues these gambling licenses is not a serious country and does not nothing in cases like these and that's why we've seen scammers unpunished, steal and create another casino and excuse me, it's unbelievable the kind of things we've seen

This isn't the proper board to make scam accusation. Create a proper thread on the scam accusation section like other users said.

But why did they make you go through KYC is that is the case? You should try appealing the ban if you really didn't cheat.
He was create it blizz.io blatant scammers stay away but the thread is already locked, I think he can just update his thread with a proper explanation and post all the evidence, not all users will want to read all the pages.

Appealing a ban is useless, they're a centralized site and they a full control to refund the money or not. Since the casino don't have ANN thread in this forum, the @OP can't pressuring them if he was right. The casino can just avoid his complaint and continue to scam other users.
His last post seems to be providing proofs about His problem here but after that last post 1 week ago? he is gone now and not being online since then.

they did not give evidence nor reply to emails clearly they want to take my money

If they stayed silence and not responding on your concern , then why have you closed the thread you created in scam accusation board instead of locking this one? because it is much better to discuss this in the right section.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.62220971

better to close this one and reopen the scam section so that is the better way to talk about this problem.

and you locked that thread after the question if you are the one who has been addressed in Trust pilot ?

It's very difficult for the members of this forum to help you because you don't want to provide any proof, so you created this thread:
I'm not saying that I believe OP's story, at the same time am not siding with the casino, but in such cases, it's really difficult for the accuser (OP in this case) to prove his innocence. What kind of proofs do you think he can provide to support his case? How can he prove he doesn't have any alt accounts?
In such cases, the best thing to do is to refer to an independent mediator such as casinoguru or askgamblers then each party can submit their proofs and tell their side of the story.
yep, I agree, it would be the best course of action. a user and I suggested that he post his complaint on askgambler or casino.guru, OP did post a complaint on casino.guru and has talked with people there helping him resolve the issue and is now waiting for the casino to reply, as for askgambler, not sure if he has posted there yet since the most recent complaint that was posted against blizz.io was last april.

Who offered to play on that site? Have you done any background check on the site’s legitimacy before depositing your hard earned money? If no, then you don’t have the right to get back your scammed money. It’s only you who is responsible for the money that you have lost now. There are already many reputable casinos, yet you decided to play on this new site. Nothing can be done to be honest. People will only be helpful from your case now and if possible they will avoid depositing at the site.

The thing is ... casinos use a system that "flags" a scam matrix and if your play fits that matrix.. your account gets flagged. So you might have been unlucky to fit that scam matrix by accident and they trusted that system to "block" your account.

They should have investigated a little bit more, but I doubt that they will put the effort in to do that.. so you got flagged as a scammer and they hate scammers, so they blocked your account and took your money.

You should play at more reputable gambling sites, with a more "fair" approach to such instances.  Wink
That is pretty unfair and unfortunate too. The casino should at least provide the user with some proof or explanation if they have actually flagged his account for being a scammer because he was gambling with them and has probably deposited money, so he at least deserves an explanation for what they have done to him.

He definitely has no other choice but to choose a different and more reputable platform after this, but I feel this is unfair with players if a casino simply blocks their account and confiscates their money and simply close the case without letting them know the actual reason behind the block or ban.

that is why play on reputable casinos or better yet, with active thread in this forum as you can easily reach out to them if in case they got your case wrong. reputable casinos are fair in handling cases because they don't want them to be accused of scammers as well. so as much as possible they want their players happy and satisfied with their services.

     -   You are not the only one who has experienced such an experience if what you say is true mate, It's almost as if you can't count the people who have complained about the same issue as you. The only thing I don't know about those who complained is if they got anything or if they got the justice they are looking for in crypto gambling.

My answer is that I have never seen that they have achieved their justice to get back their money that was stuck in the gambling platform that they are complaining about. But if you have a lot of evidence, see if you can recover the money you want back.

Even if the user was 'opposite betting', Blizz.io are still at fault as they clearly had the intention to close this users account, and still decided to take identifiable information from the user. This is totally unethical and wrong. If blizz.io had the intention to close the account whether or not the user submitted their documents, they should not have requested them from the user. For this reason, I placed a warning on the Blizz.io announcement thread.

Not only Blizz but the majority of the casino is doing this when a user is subjected to investigation. I don't understand too the logic behind asking KYC while they already have the decision on the case against the user which can’t be overturned by submitting an ID. They should just close the account and refund the user deposit without asking for KYC they are just getting the identity flr whatever reason they have to use against the user.

The awkward thing is these ID’s that the user being submitted might be bought or hacked which means they can’t guarantee that the ID they are holding is from the user itself. Imo, submission of ID while your account is suspected for doing shady activities is very uncomfortable since you done know of the casino will plant evidence against you same case like this one.

The logic behind it is simple, profit. Majority of these casinos do not actually comply with AML/KYC. It's just an excuse to steal information or lock balances. A lot of cryptocurrency players would not be willing to give KYC, so it's free money to use this as an excuse to lock accounts.

This is true too, however I don't think it really matters if the ID's are legitimate or not. The casino has the intention to ban no matter what is submitted at least 80%+ of the time I believe.

If the problem hasn't been solved for sure he will still be here and update about the problem but it looks like the problem has been solved since he left the forum 1 week ago.
Or if it's impossible for Op to let the money disappear because he finds it difficult to retrieve the money that has been confiscated by the site.

I doubt he resolved his issue because case like this that involves multi account and abused the casino token is rarely resolved with players favor because digital proof such as IP connection is the most solid proof for case like this. Blizz.io is not even in the Bitcointalk forum so I guess OP realized how pointless posting his issue in here while the casino involved is not present.

I also saw on his post the clue on what he is doing right now.
if they don't solve the problem i will put them on top google for their scam keywords

Probably, he is on different forum right now to spread this same thread to increase scam keywords on this casino on google search as he promised.

Anyway, why would you be playing in a random casino that isn't as popular as the rest of the casinos here (or its me, who never heard of them)? Anyway, it looks like you broke of their terms, so they confiscated your funds. But why did they make you go through KYC is that is the case? You should try appealing the ban if you really didn't cheat. Did they take all your funds or returned your deposits?

The problem now is that, blizz.io does not have an Ann thread on this forum, and neither do they have representative here, so I personally doubt if opening a scam accusation against them on this forum will be any useful, since they are not here to tell their side of the story.

It will at least warn the forum members to avoid Blizz.io, I think that is one of the positive effect of creating a scam accusation on that platform.  Another thing is, the post can be provided as a proof of @OP on how eager he is to get his money out of Blizz.io.  Aside from that, I cant see mor.

If you are very sure you did not cheap as they claim, I think you should contact their customer care and ask them for proof of that they claim, if they do not provide proof, then maybe you should sue them if you have the means and the capacity to, you could also try and locate their community, and table the matter before their community, I think this will send a message to them, since if they don't respond, they will loss lots of customers..

The thing is @OP stated that the casino stopped responding to his inquiry.  That is one problem of @OP since he wanted to see how he cheated the casino.

Obviously,, even if Blizz.io have an ANN thread here I the form, their can still decide to be scam and nothing much can be done about it unless that they will receive negative trust and some scammers don't care about that anymore and have went ahead to operate the illegal business even some of them have promotions here in the forum.
^ And I don't know the reason either why OP still using this gambling casino and found here on this forum when OP has a problem. If OP picks up one of the most reputable gambling casinos here OP does not have a problem as of now. It is hard to trust a large amount of money now if gambling casino, if you are new, you can try a small amount first and test how good they are. We have witnessed a lot of scam complaints here and we should not listen to one side especially if OP lack of evidence.

The problem now is that, blizz.io does not have an Ann thread on this forum, and neither do they have representative here, so I personally doubt if opening a scam accusation against them on this forum will be any useful, since they are not here to tell their side of the story.

Obviously,, even if Blizz.io have an ANN thread here I the form, their can still decide to be scam and nothing much can be done about it unless that they will receive negative trust and some scammers don't care about that anymore and have went ahead to operate the illegal business even some of them have promotions here in the forum.

The only advantage we have is that, we already have information about the scammy practices so at that we try as much as possible to avoid them, and I advise others to do the same because what is the point of gambling in casinos that won't lay out winners winning?

If you are very sure you did not cheap as they claim, I think you should contact their customer care and ask them for proof of that they claim, if they do not provide proof, then maybe you should sue them if you have the means and the capacity to, you could also try and locate their community, and table the matter before their community, I think this will send a message to them, since if they don't respond, they will loss lots of customers..

  -   According to your message, it seems that you did not read or understand their terms and conditions of their casino platform.
But you can still appeal it to them, because there is no mention that they will not return or release the money you want to release.
can you clear what part did OP accept that he violated the rules?
because according to the site , OP violated their terms but OP is constantly telling us that he Broke nothing and just the site that claims he did.
and also what do you mean that they did not mention about will not allow him to withdraw when its clear that the account was blocked and being confiscated ?

The story can go either way, there are lots of casino violators nowadays the creates threads complaining how they were scammed by a casino platform and yet when investigated turns out to be exploiting the system.  I am not siding with any one here, I am just a bit hesitant whether to believe @OP or not since the reason of cases I stated.  I would also suggest that @OP would try the third party arbitration and follow btc_angela suggestion.

this has been mentioned completely above,
but I think that OP's accusation will go round the scam section and other sites about appealing .

Appealing is the right action since @OP believed that he do not make any exploits.  Hopefully everything will be proven and @OP can get his deposit money back if not the winnings.

they are unreasonable not giving any proof they want to appropriate the money I deposited in the amount I won total 2,200$
My advice for future sake is that anytime you are playing at an unfamiliar site, you should make sure to keep as much evidence as possible while you are playing without problems since you know that the moment your account is blocked you won't be able to access those evidence any more.

So what I do most is to make sure I take as many screenshots as possible and store them even though I will never run into any problems with them, but it is important to note that Evidence is very important when putting up a case against any platform most especially online platforms.
Not bad what you said but how can one be so cautious to know that such things is going to happen to them when playing in this online casino, for me I would rather avoid playing in these casino that have lesser reputation to prevent stories that pains the heart. Just imagine the amount of money you are claiming you won and now to collect is now an issue is better to play in reputable casino that have been found to be trustworthy by its customers.

they did not give evidence nor reply to emails clearly they want to take my money

a gambling site that's pretty lousy

Is is unfortunate that such is happening to you and the worst of it all is that the casino is not a known casino neither is their presence recognized here for easy, faster actions be taken.
From the above you uploaded, it seems they are bereft o ideas to prove their points and from he looks based on the previous upload, hey paid for review which if we are to go buy the trust pilot response or remarks on their review of paid for review, blizz casino are not genuine and all these you are going through must have been a scripted act from them.. so sorry this is happening to you but it should be a lesson learnt for you to do a proper research and possibly identify with casinos here with good reputation.

Sorry about the situation, but there are a lot of reputable casinos on the forum that you should gamble on. Before using any casino, don't trust your funds with them unless they are reputable enough, and you should ask a member on the forum if you are not convinced enough about the platform you are gambling with. Also, you need to provide more evidence for your deposit and your winnings.

    -  That's the problem usually with you newbies, you don't know the casinos you're entering here in crypto gambling. Because some people think they already know the behavior or strategy in this industry, then when you are victimized then you whine and post like that.

Learn to be careful, and do not rush into something here, we know that there are still scammers and deceitful people, and we should be aware of such things so that we are not fooled in the future. I hope this will be a lesson to you so that it doesn't happen again.

any website is reliable please let me know

you were right to ask that question, in my opinion stake.com is the best casino. you can test it with small amounts, you will see that you won't have any problem with deposit, withdrawals, gameplay... everything will go very well. read stake.com TOS and do not make any trades. if you don't do any trades then you won't have any problems. I'm speaking from my own experience over the years that I've been using stake.com

my recommendation: use stake.com

talking about your problem, you besides:

1- already created in the scam accusation section

2 - you have made a post on the trustpilot website https://www.trustpilot.com/review/blizz.io

note that on trustpilot they responded with the same answer you posted here, but looking at their reputation on trustpilot we will see that they do not have a good reputation and have accusations of scam, we can see that here:

this comment made on trustpilot describes how they are in practice and when you look at this warning that is on trustpilot:

they are the kind of disgusting casinos that are buying reviews

you should report them here: https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/blizz-casino

they are probably buying reviews, and when you report them askgamblers will ask them to show proof that the game provider told them about you

here https://casino.guru/blizz-casino-review#tab=js-tab-reviews

they have negative comments, at casino.guru you can also report your case and they will ask them to show proof of everything they are accusing you

The fault is all yours OP, I know you are new on this forum why now? Why entrust your money with a platform that no one is talking about? I though crypto investors like hype, no one is talking about this platform and you deposit your money to gamble on such a website? Do you know how mamy people are into gambling on this forum? Why not ask for reliable gambling platform first? There are ads on the forum through signature too, you can easily see many members wearing trusty gambling platform signature.

Just learn from your lesson and move on, there is no point bringing a platform that has no account om this forum to the forum, there is no way to fight for your right, sorry.

 Shocked

if everyone thought like you then scammers would be multiplying every day, let it be clear: all people can be deceived by scammers, when someone uses a casino they are not saying: "they must rob me because I wanted to". that's not how things work, this casino has a thread here on the forum and even if it didn't, it's the casino's duty to pay when a customer wins or wants to withdraw the money he has in the casino and it's not up to the OP to post any proof in this case , Is the casino that should go post proof. the casino cannot just accuse someone without proof

Why do people like learning the hard way? After getting into scammers trap you will know how to find your way into this forum and make a topic about how you get scammed, why can't you create a topic asking members if you can trust blizz.io or if any members have used blizz.io before and what can they share about their experience?

You took the bold step and walked straight into the fire, bravo, you should be brave enough to digest your losses and keep quiet about it too, what do you expect to hear from members of the forum now?

A thank you? Members on this forum prefer using online casinos that are popular on this forum, they must have ann on the forum too, this is the easiest way to trust any online casino on this forum.

If I never get to know about Bitcointalk forum I won't dare deposit a penny on any online casino because I don't trust easily.

1 - even a reliable casino can become a scam, and it can happen to you, so have more compassion for people

2 - OP's post will serve to alert other people about the risk of using this casino, if nobody reported scam cases, then how would you know which casinos X, Y, Z are scam?

Hey why keep posting here, you are advised to move or create a thread in the scam section and compile all your evidence it will add more weight if this is in the right section, if there are other reports about their wrongdoing this will add up and will warn other not to play, you have to take this seriously this is not a small amount and do this for other who might fall to this casino, since you are asking about a reliable casino, Stake is number on the list, as you can see its popular here in Bitcointalk.
i also have 1 post in phishing section but that post has been locked and this post is kept

He already a new thread in scam accusations section blizz.io blatant scammers stay away, but since this topic is created first, the thread in scam accusations section should be locked since it's a duplicate thread and new than this one lol.

This is the risk of gamble on a casino which don't have ANN thread or not active representative in this forum, only complaining will not solve the problem here.

If you are really not guilty, I advise you not to stop! Be active on all casino sites, post information in chats. If the casino values its reputation, it will return the money.
I've seen similar complaints before. The Evolution provider provided information with the same IP addresses of the player. After that, the players had to put up with it, because they themselves were to blame.
From myself, I advise you not to play Live games. They are doing dishonest business.

Always DYOR(Do Your Own Resewrch) my friend. You can use the forum search function if you want to research the casino that interests you before you make any deposit. Simply go on the gambling board and search the casino. It will give you all the posts that have the keyword that you search including thread and post. This way you can identify whether the casinomis trusted or red flag since the forum has a trust system for the reputation.

As an alternative, you can use https://www.btcgosu.com/ and https://gamblingbro.com/ because this two casino review platform is owned by forum member that shows hardwork by delivering quality criticism to all the existing casino here. Still always DYOR since its your money not ours.

Imo, submission of ID while your account is suspected for doing shady activities is very uncomfortable since you done know of the casino will plant evidence against you same case like this one.
that is the point , why not just return the deposit amount and then its done.
because they want to take the player's money

Some casinos also have the condition of uploading documents with your selfie to tackle these issues and have heard on the forum that one of the casino is asking to upload street selfie also with sign boards but that's too much for me. The hackers and others might be using these bought ID documents but when suspicion arise and they ask for more your funds will be blocked with your account so it's better not to do such frauds.

this is a scammer stay away after i was offered on forums to play at blizz.io i deposited and won then i asked to withdraw they asked me to verify my identity after i sent the documents for verification they closed my account and took all my money for a very absurd reason i really don't understand what is going on

this is the reason they give really I don't know anything they don't have any proof

Who offered you to play there? because it's impossible for it to appear because you saw the thread from the casino because this casino thread has been inactive for a long time so it has been deeply embedded, unless you get an offer to play at the casino the very first time they appear on this forum and that means you have been playing there long enough.

Like some of the suggestions above, first move this thread to the Scam Accusations even though many member see this as just a complaint from a player who was detected cheating, but you won't get any answer from the casino representative so filing a complaint on askgambler is another option. But no matter what steps you take if they do find fraud it will not make you successful in taking your money even if you deny it.

It means that there is still hope that I am not sure about either, so the best thing to be sure is to appeal it to the scam accusation so that you know what you should do in these situations.
this has been mentioned completely above,
but I think that OP's accusation will go round the scam section and other sites about appealing .

Not sure why this site took even your deposit amount in which most casinos returns the amount and will blocked you permanently ,this same case happens in those accused being scammer.
hope that there will be lights as I am not familiar with this site and wondering where did you happen to meet them?
that does not stand that they are proven scammers , anyway like what said about try askgamblers and casino.guru for other option of them clearing your case .
though there is no assurance that you can ever take your funds as this is only the site can bring you.

   -   According to your message, it seems that you did not read or understand their terms and conditions of their casino platform.
But you can still appeal it to them, because there is no mention that they will not return or release the money you want to release.

It means that there is still hope that I am not sure about either, so the best thing to be sure is to appeal it to the scam accusation so that you know what you should do in these situations.

they are unreasonable not to give any proof they want to appropriate the money i deposited in the amount i won total 2,200$

If you are truly innocent and you did not use a second account to "opposite bet", then your best shot is to contact Evolution Games yourself and verify that the claims made against you by Blizz.io are true or untrue, and acquire evidence while doing so.

So, In-this case. The only one and real for verify the case are from "Evolution Games" but contacting by your self.

It's just a forum question review, 2 people who are coming just randomly saying without a nice explanation.

This one first time to see about these case.

Now the real question, did you also contact "Evolution Games". As I know, it's prohibited to betting to 2 side according to policy and how the game work especially "Baccarat". But you try to bypass this by betting to side on different casino.

This is the first time, and I see real-case about these one.
I didn't bet either side they didn't provide such proof

this is a scammer stay away after i was offered on forums to play at blizz.io i deposited and won then i asked to withdraw they asked me to verify my identity after i sent the documents for verification they closed my account and took all my money for a very absurd reason i really don't understand what is going on

this is the reason they give really I don't know anything they don't have any proof

This is not a scam but you are trying to cheat the system. The accusation is real if evolution gaming brought it up. I have no idea what the reputation of this casino but I knew this scheme for money laundering or rigging the system to claim instant cashback from the casino promotion when you lose your bet. Evolution gaming is very strict in regards with opposite betting. Probably you thought that your IP will not be detected if you are using two different casino.

What I’m just confused was why they confiscated the winnings if the money is just a result of opposite bet? It means he still owned the winnings? Probably they are only considering the initial deposit. Nevertheless, this is not a scam and its  not a silly reason because cheaters do use this method to rigged the casino for mixing andmabusing the promotion.

$2,200 is a sizable amount so there will definitely be some disappointment at losing your winnings.
If they can't provide proof of what you did wrong try to contact their support or send an email message to ask for details of the problem that occurred. But so far I have never heard of other gamblers' complaints about blizz.io committing fraud.
I don't know which party is right or wrong, but it's better to solve this problem immediately and provide all the clarity so that there are no lingering misunderstandings from other gamblers later.

How to denounce them?

Maybe you can start here: https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint

And if I'm not mistaken, that is just one website wherein you can file your complain and they will try to be the middle man here to see if there are merits for your complain or if the casino is correct.

So you have to prepare your proof on hand and work it out with them.
aside from what btc_angela has suggested, you can also try posting your issue on casino.guru, they too help resolve issues similar(to yours) that gamblers have on online gambling casinos.

thank you i'm starting to file complaints

There is no accusation against them so far but yours only. Maybe they are really that good and you really have cheated otherwise they won't just do this with just $2,200.

But yep you may try that askgamblers suggested above. That's one way to do it for you to be heard since they already stated it's final. They seem to be confident in their decision and there could be truth to what they are saying. Sorry for your loss.
When it comes to scams, it makes no difference if the capital is large or small; they wipe off everything. Blizz.io is a legit site where gambling odds are activated for the aim of generating profits, but it hasn't happen to me or any one I could think of, and no one has the right to speak or share scam accusation about their site until it is proven guilty, especially when the transactions are suspect. I don't blame the Blizzard staff for deleting the account; after all, it was their breached terms and conditions that caused them to want to discover and remove any problematic accounts. After all, this is not the greatest place to air your grievances; rather, it should be done in the reputation board, where vital information about blizz.io will be disclosed, for better or worse.

The screenshot shows that you played live games according to a dishonest scheme, using a second account in another casino. If this is true, you have no chance of getting your money back. I read about such a scheme 3 years ago. Evolution exposes this easily.
It's too bad you lost
they are scammers if they can provide proof then i won't say more but i guarantee i have not violated
Usually though, casinos are not going to provide that proof, on the way they find scammers because they won't want it to be exposed in public because there are risk that criminals and scammers might find a way to exploit their system if they found out how they are doing it.

The only thing that they will show proof is through a 3rd party arbitration.

So it's up to you whether to open up accusations against them.

I will advise you to either move your thread to the scam accusations section or to actually start a complaint on their thread.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/blizzio-crypto-casino-100-up-to-1btc-5404137.
On the image you shared above, the support only talked about suspending all your winnings; what about your deposited funds? Will they allow you to withdraw them? In this one, they have already quoted their terms and conditions, which you accepted before you created an account with them, and they use those rules to flag your account for fraud.
they closed my account without giving any proof and they took all my money

This is actually why you need to move your thread to the scam accusations board here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0. There might really be little that can be done here because the only person who even posted and created a thread about that case has not been online on this forum since July 2022, so I don't think they have any other official representative here again. But a proper scam accusations thread will warn people to be careful, and experienced members here could also supply you with a possible solution to your issue.

Even though this sound more of advice than a scam accusation, you may still consider moving this thread to the scam accusation in the reputation board, this way you can provide enough evidence that could support the claim of abuse and attempt money laundering which I don't think that is the case in thos situation, because the information provided In the T&C and the explanation we got from, there is no connection with this to any act of money laundering as mention in the screenshot you share.

By the way, I quote you so that the image you share can display for others to read their comment.
