this is a scammer stay away after i was offered on forums to play at blizz.io i deposited and won then i asked to withdraw they asked me to verify my identity after i sent the documents for verification they closed my account and took all my money for a very absurd reason i really don't understand what is going on

I'm not really sure if this is legit, but if you look on the table list of the recent winners, there's an activity where it keep updated every few seconds/minute. This mean there's few gamblers who still playing this casino. I dont really understand why support said that he want to add your balance back without bonus. It sounds like you had your own money (deposit) and bonus. Previously you said that you did not make any deposit, am I right? This situation makes more confusion for me as you claimed to have no deposit but support say something that sounds like you have a deposit.
