Site is up for me now.
I haven't reached the payment limit this week but last few times I have got my payment on Tuesdays not Mondays so I wouldn't worry about the payments yet.

It may not be good but at least I did get paid and I have always got paid.
So I wouldn't say it is scam. Bad customers support and low payments sure but still not scam.
On the image (http://prnt.sc/av53yl) you can see that I have a commission of 25%. So the other 75% might goes to Blockadz.
So you get 75% and they get their 25% cut.
It would be insane if anyone used their service with 75% commission, lol
I thought 'Personal' is meaning for me (publisher). Probably I didn't know the definition of 'Personal'. Staff could be a better name.

They are paying - got my 2nd payment this week.
First was 41$ USD and 2nd was 128$ USD. The third one will be even better.

I hope I would have like 2 million ad views per day too
With my views I can reach the minimum payout twice month so I get 0.02btc month
