I think this is a common complain already that processing time is slow. I think they are doing something already to address this problem so that it will not escalate. For the mean time, why not used alternative coins if possible?

Time will come when bitcoin will no longer leave the exchangers due to the very slow confirmations and it will serve as a medium of exchange between alternative coins and digital notes in the exchangers. If bitcoins problem will not be solved and treated sooner then bitcoin will be replaced by other alternative coins that are trustworthy.

It's a problem for us of all. My payment has been stuck for hours and I have paid 111sats/byte which is not small fee at all. Now what should we do? Looks like bitcoins is turning into Paypal-2 which requires more fees.

It wont turn out to be like paypal-2 since basing on the fees compared to the current fees of paypal i could say they are far awat stretched to compare. I dont know actually what would be the exact thing should do to solve this slow confirmation and addition of fees on each bitcoin transaction. This is the common problem which all bitcoin users do experience as of now.

These miners are having the time of their lives with the transaction fees up by 300% from last year. With more transactions on a daily basis, more and more of it are going to be unconfirmed unless you are willing to pay for your transaction to be prioritized.

There's another transaction accelerator that you can try:

Your fees is much lower that is why it is taking too much time for the confirmation and sometimes when there is not a huge crowd of transactions then the confirmation occur in short time. I have today made a transaction and I paid about 0.002 BTC fee for my transaction and it was completed in a few minutes.

I have 30+ payments waiting for confirmation for nearly 48 hours.

Fees have been 0.00020+ per transaction.

Today, I sent BTC from Bittrex exchange to BlockChain wallet.  Bittrex fee was 0.00020/BTC.

The Bittrex transaction was confirmed within an hour.

I do not understand how Bittrex transaction was confirmed in a short period of time and my other transactions with higher fees have not been confirmed.

In Electrum wallet if you withdraw some of your bitcoin even you set up the fee to the maximum charge it is only 0.0002BTC but it only takes an hours before it confirm. Now in the blockchain there are times that the transaction is getting overload which is caused of  the unconfirmed transaction, this is just my understanding.

well, that might be a common thing. blockchain now have a problem of confirmation. sometimes confirmation could be completed within 24 hours, but sometimes it's more than 48 hours. you just need to be patient.

I also use that wallet and I have never have any problems or delays with transactions. Oppositly i have delays with that exchanger that I used. I saw for many hours that those bitcoins that I have send from the wallet are checking to be proved.

It's a general problem with delayed confirmations so it is no surprise you have to wait a while for those approvals /confirmations for the transactions to be completed. So hang on a little I'm sure it will confirm after a day or two.

just add a little bit to those who recommend to use the tool txaccelerator of ViaBtc, note that viabtc also true in the active state
https://btc.com/stats/pool

Bitcoin transactions you will not take a long time also get a confirmation quickly, at least make sure you look at the mining site of ViaBtc really in active state before the transaction register your id here
https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

I hope it helps  Cool

last week I conduct transactions through blockchain with the recommended fee so long confirmation until 48 hours but now it was normal as usual

Yes it is, this problem is not new for us anymore, we have experienced this before and we all know that the problem here is the current size of the blockchain which can't support anymore of the incoming transactions overflowing on its core, causing the transactions delay for 2 days or more. We just have to be patient about this and wait, because we are going to receive it no matter what, because blockchain won't run away from us just like that.

usually it's because when you withdraw the turnover time of his blocks still long so you continue to hit the same queue incoming new blocks

Sent to kraken last night and still not confirmed after 24 hours. If its not going to be confirmed for days, will it be sent back to my desktop wallet?
Confirmation to kraken usually is faster but not this time. Is there a miner we can try to contact to process it  for us?

Longer confirmations are total pain in the ass. Yesterday, I had to wait for 5+ hours in front of my computer just to get a really important transaction confirmed.

Sadly there's no possibility of contacting a particular miner and give him your transaction details for him to confirm it for you individually. But You can use Transactions Accelerator tool ( https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ )

I hope You find it useful Smiley

Thank you. I was suppose to start buying XMR at $12 yesterday using these BTC I tried sending to Kraken but wasn't confirmed until now. The value of XMR is now $14, if it was successful yesterday, my profit could have been more than $80 already.  Cry

This time bitcoin price has reached the all time high, along with that bitcoin confirmation backlog too have went to the peak of all time high. Same time ETH has getting closer to the $2 billion market capital. So everyone consider this to be the time for a bump. So soon the confirmation issues will gets solved.
