Not sure if i'm posting in correct thread...

Hi. I have a strange problem during the last month:
I use blockchain web wallet. About a month ago i began to be unable to send btc: the sending form was in eternal refresh mode (there is no field to put a btc address). The only thing support advised was to clear cookies.  Angry
Now when i login i see a 0 balance and no transactions in my wallet history!! Support simply ignores my requests on that matter. Can anyone tell me what's going on?
Blockchain have lot of issues like this but don't worry your coins are safe maybe this is just problem of accessing into your account.You just use google chrome browser which I have been using for accessing blockchain.info wallet and it will ask for authorization.Sometime you just have to copy the code which you have received on your wallet rather than just click authorize on your wallet.Then you may see your bitcoins on your wallet.Never use blockchain mobile app for transaction there are lot of issues coming up for the users who is using mobile app.
If you still can't find your bitcoins then contact the support team but it needs some weeks for their response.

I may suggest that move on different wallet, don't ever use blockchain.info wallet this site is really buggy, almost day by day there's some user of them reports and post here with different issues. It will give a hard time to its new users. If you still have 12 word seed then you can use it to transfer your coins without any transaction fees, use electrum instead. If you don't how to do it on your own lemme assist you for that.

Have you tried accessing it from a different and secure browser or device? Doesn't sound like it's the service issue or we'd have heard about it by now. If support isn't responding after a while, and you're experiencing the same issues from other devices/browser...

1. Check your address on blockchain explorer. Any balance associated with it should still be there, along with transaction history.
2. If you still have your priv key and/or seed you could simply try restoring your wallet. Or import into a new wallet client to access your funds.

I think this is just a sort of bug. Have you ever tried to use the blockchain.info wallet app? if that isn't working or nothing improves then just try to use another browser with it. And if still there is no improvement, try to restart your router and let's see if that won't work.
