Since you say you are a group, what controls have you put in accessing this account....is it one person with the password responsible for any transactions.
My advice, before you go to Luxembourg try ask among your selves, good luck.

The OP hasn't been active since 2019, so it's a little silly to give him advice not to do something he's probably already done. If someone doesn't have some important information that means something, the OP contains information for direct contact - so please everyone to refrain from classic shitposting.

OP, some of the scams that some users might ravage against Blockchain.com may not even be their fault but from the users carelessness. There have been phishing sites online in disguise as Blockchain and most users usually makes the mistakes of signing up with them.
That's one problem we can not over look, a "man in the middle attack" but thought these aren't has common as they were a few years back.

However the other address has way more BTC connected to it.
Presumably, that's their hot wallet.

I'd used this wallet maybe 2 years ago and I have never been encounter such a problem until I switched to a non-custodial wallet instead of a web wallet because I feel unsafe using a web wallet.  It might once you have a problem is not just easy to fix for them, in short, they had poor customer support and you're very lucky once you get answered from them.

I suggest you guys stop using a very buggy web wallet, there are too many open-source wallets out there to use, it's safe and you have full control over your private key.

Additionally, be aware of the web portal blockchaintradingfx.com. These guys are SCAM. Get away of them.
This isn't the official web portal of the blockchain wallet, it's obviously a scam site if you will use them.

Hi guys,

Yes, definitely Blockchain.com is very unsecure. Someone has transferred bitcoins from my wallet to few another in period of 20 minutes. On my account is enabled two factor authentication, so I should have gotten notification if someone wanted to login into my account. Obviously this was done without login into account. I just noticed that bitcoins are missing and saw the report of transferred bitcoins to another wallets. Of course, I tried to reach Blockchain support, but they just replied with general email about securing wallet. I replied them with list of scam wallets, but got no reply. Their customer care = 0.

Literally had the same issue

The thing is that I have had this account for years.
The moment I transfered BTC to my wallet it already showed a outgoing transaction within the same minute (Without the confirmations of the first transfer on the blockchain).

The receiving wallet, as seen on the blockchain, only received btc twice, my transaction and another one recently. However the other address has way more BTC connected to it.

There is no way that this was done manually so fast, has to be automatically.

The way your account got hacked, it looks like a compromised backup phrase. Reason is, anyone who've got their hands on it can just restore it to any wallet that supports BIP39 seed, there's no need to login to their web wallet.

Why is that URL mentioned?
Have you pasted your 'backup phrase' to that site?

You can follow what mentioned above, but it's only applicable only if you have copy of the recovery seed of those coins you mentioned.

same Problem
I used all security.email 2FA ...But Now eth and stellar balance is zero
support Dose not accept refund
It could be a syncing problem.

Try checking your wallet addresses using blockchain explorers like https://blockchair.com (it can explore both stellar and Ethereum blockchains) to see if either the coins are still in your addresses or there are any out going transaction.

If they are still there then I suggest you import your addresses to other much better wallets
If you see any out going transactions then there is a possibility that you coins have been stolen by someone malicious.

Did you try to message them on their social media accounts? They seem active there, messaging them might be a help, at least everyday.

So in order for me to send my Bitcoin to my other wallet I have to transfer my phone's from my Bitcoin trading wallet to my regular Bitcoin wallet. So I do this and and it says that the the transactions being processed. A now shows zero balance online Bitcoin trading wallet and zero balance on my Bitcoin wallet.
-snip-
You can try to restore the wallet to Electrum using the "Backup Phrase" that you can get from the "Security" link (upper-right).

AFAIK, there's no way to send from the Trading wallet to an external Bitcoin address so your funds must have been sent to your default Bitcoin wallet
but somehow, blockchain.com's wallet failed to sync it to the bitcoin blockchain (their typical issue).

So, if you wanna try it, here are the steps:
  • Download and install Electrum from electrum.org (verifying the signature is recommended)
  • When creating a wallet, select: Standard Wallet->I already have a seed->paste the backup phrase->Click "option"->check BIP39->hit next.
  • Select legacy (P2PKH) when prompted to select address type.
  • Finish creating the wallet and wait for it to sync the headers (50mb - for first time install).
.
Wait for the connection indicator at the lower-right to be green.

So I opened an account got and got setup. I purchased $280 which was successful.  So I go to try and send it and it says there's a 7 day hold. No where does it ever tell before you buy that there will be a seven-day hold. So I went to look at there rules on their support. And it only stays on there that there would be a 3-day hold. Okay so I wait for 3 days and check my bank account which shows that the transaction is posted and cleared my account. So I sent an email requesting they release the funds. Did not ever receive a response back. So I began to get worried so I did some research which I should have done before I purchase. And come to find out blockchain.com is apparently a notorious scammer and thief of people's coins. Go to their Facebook page and look at all the comments one after another of people's Bitcoin mysteriously disappearing from this company. So the next day I sent another support ticket with proof that cleared my bank account and told them that if they did not release the funds I would deny the charges with my bank. Also stay the night ticket that I dread that a lot of people's coins come up missing when they try to transfer from there Bitcoin wallet. Within a few hours I got received the email notifying me that my transaction was approved and funds are now available. So I was very happy about this I wanted to go ahead and transfer my funds and get away from this company. So I logged in go to send funds and it pulls up and it tells me that my funds are in my Bitcoin trading wallet. I don't even know what that is. This is exactly how they steal your money and if you read on their own Facebook page there are hundreds a people that have had the same problem. So I sent another support ticket we will see what happens but if it's not there by tomorrow I'm just going to die tonight charges with the bank this is a scammer company do not do business with them. Go to their Facebook page and read the comments there are not hundreds of people all making the same claims that are wrong. It looks like they try to blame the user when the coins go missing but I've been using Bitcoin since about 2013 know it very well know how to do transactions never had an issue once in my life I don't know why I use this company don't do it!!

I can't say bad things about blockchain.com. This was my first BTC wallet, I still use it and can't complain. If you handle it carefully.
If you use blockchain.com wallet so often without having any trouble then I guess there's something wrong on their wallet for new users? since most of this issue/error came from new users.

I keep getting emails from blockchain.com from the scammers, emails look very similar to real service, so be very careful
You mean phishing emails? then there's something you need to avoid, stay away from websites such as cloud mining, ponzi, or any unreputed website, they are the one who's selling email including yours to scammers.

I'd bet a bit most related problems, were as in my case, leaks of information thru the years, or outrageous lies from exchanges or worst that want people to have their funds there. Was my wallet for many many years, your data was used and password was reseted.

Edit: I still don't understand how my account was recovered but no mail notifications and no mail changes or access.... I'm just not up for this bullshit, learn to use paperwallets.

[Update]
Okey, finally I got the BTC into my wallet and withdrew them out. I wont be using them again until all the pending complaints are sorted out.
It's 2020, buying BTC through services like Blockchain.com is something you should avoid from now on. Most major exchanges Like Binance now support fiat deposits and purchase of Crypto using it or CC and the process is quick unlike Blockchain.com where they have to keep you waiting for 7 days. You can buy your Bitcoins from an exchange then transfer them to an address of a wallet you want to keep them

This would be the most recommended part for all of the crypto enthusiasts, newbie or not who want to purchase crypto or use a wallet to store their funds. Their services suck and seems no improvement, they just add new features without fixing the former.

They started the 7 day hold period without any prior notice. Waited 7 days to get it credited to my trading wallet finally. Then I tried to transfer it to BTC wallet, now it says "Buy Cancelled" and the whole amount is gone and not showing in any of my wallet. I had used them many times in past, always used to get the BTC in few minutes. Something sketchy is happening lately.

I will update here if I get back my money or BTC. Will never be using them again.
