electrum wallet........maybe it will help you. you try blockchain to download

Bitcoin-qt is the best for cold storage and blockchain.info for hot wallets electrum are for beginners.

Electrum is easy to use, but it is not only for beginners. It has a few benefits over bitcoin qt like the thin-client and deterministic feature. Electrum is pretty safe as well and offer 128bit entropy for the seed.

For cold storage, Armory and hardware wallet Trezor are great as well.

As others said, you could make multiple payouts in one single transaction.

Since the size of transaction is roughly calculated as
Code:
in*180 + out*34 + 10 plus or minus 'in'
from http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/1195/how-to-calculate-transaction-size-before-sending, you can fit 23 payouts in one transaction and pay the same 0.0001 fee if you use just 1 input.

Download Bitcoin-qt and be in full control of everything. Otherwise, your going have to wait around 10 minutes for the block to confirm, it's to counteract double spends and shouldn't affect many people because 10 minutes isn't really that long.
waiting 10 minutes between every transaction is not so useful when you have to make a few 100 transactions, ill download a bitcoin-qt tx
you can combine all the transactions into one and sent it one time like this one:
https://blockchain.info/tx/1798a46670d2cf514337cc2f2925c22ee5fc2efb1b0bca6f9ca0a1162097b00d

this way you send one time and to everyone and also pay fee once

You can split your bitcoin into multiple smaller pieces (eg. you hold 10 pieces of 1 btc, instead of 1 piece of 10 btc).
You can also group the payments together and send them out in one single transaction (click "custom" and the "plus sign" to add more destination addresses).

Hello,
I recently started using blockchain to make some small payments
https://blockchain.info/nl/address/16w7viWCHAygsQtMUNZzn7xk987pgJKn5i
but every time i make a transaction i need to wait at least 1 confirmation before i can do the next one

That is normal from blockchain.info's end to counter double spend attack towards the network.
but if i have 100 btc in my wallet,
and i send 10 to someone
why can't i send 10 btc to someone else immediately?
si there a way to get this done?

you should not hold 100 BTC there. put some in cold storage.

The Airbitz wallet will not require you to wait a full confirmation to spend "change" from a previous spend. It only requires you to wait for confirmations before spending funds you receive from an outside source. Check out the wallet for iOS or Android at http://airbitz.co/app

if you have fast internet connection and some free space on your system
then you are recommended to download bitcoin core wallet to avoid such issues
Fast internet connection doesn't matter. If you have a celeron CPU and HDD with super fast connection speed, you are going to sync slower than another person with core I7 and SSD with slow connection speed. IO speed and CPU processing speed is also one of the factors in syncing. It's going to take sometime even with those speed. You must go to options, wallet and ensure the option, spend unconfirmed change is checked.

It is because you need to wait until the other 90BTC return to your wallet.

you may solve it creating some addresses and spreading your bitcoins between the adresses
so if you need to make a new transaction you can use your available addresses

(most of the payments i make are 0.1 mbtc so the miner fee would be the same as the transaction :s)

Such small transactions are considered non-standard and will not be mined by most miners anyway...
if i make them they go all through very fast, most within 10 minutes, just 1 of my last 30 transactions took over half an hour

electrum is not able to do transacton with lower fees than 0.1 mbtc? (most of the payments i make are 0.1 mbtc so the miner fee would be the same as the transaction :s)
in blockchain i always used 0.01 mbtc and always went through within half an hour

downloading electrum now
actually it is for relatively small amounts (just to give away some small bonusses of eg. 1 mBTC) so I'll not have a lot of BTC there
