Is blockchain[dot]com still a phishing site I see it has links on blockchain.info, right? And what other phishing sites are out there now, tnx in advance....

Still, I think the blockchain is currently the strongest of the others and so will be until you create another one. I am still in the blockchain despite problems. Best option now.

ALERT! Shocked

Current phisihing domain: wallet-blokchian.com

They advertise on google search as

blockchain[dot]com Secure Wallet

but in fact you are planned to go here and be scammed

wallet-blokchian.com

Stay away from the address above!

Always check the address before you type in your password and wallet id!!

Yeah, it's weird. In 2014 Blockchain[dot]info claimed Blockchain[dot]com to be a phishing site.
Now when you click on their homepage logo on Blockchain[dot]info, it takes you to Blockchain[dot]com

You could probably also contact google and let them know what happened if you clicked on the site and lost money due to malware. I feel like Google would be happy to give you their info, especially with a court order.

Was anyone successful in pursuing Google on this?

Google showed it as an ad. Google will show whatever u pay for. It was not in their SERP.

That phishing link has been taken down now.
But there is now some phishing emails.

This is still happening - just got the phishing email.

It is not an email that this thread is talking about, it was a link that came up when you searched for Blockchain.info in a search engine. Someone created a phishing site and then paid Google for ad service, which then put it up at the top of the search results. It did not say Blockchain.com either, it said Blockchain.info. It has since been taken down.

This is the wallet of the attacker, a nice little haul! Fucking piece of shit!!!

No, I didn't search for Blockchain.info in any search engine.
The email just arrived, looked suspicious to me.

Stay safe, everyone!

No, Blockchain.info was not a phishing site, someone created a website and paid Google for an ad and the new site was a phishing site. It did say Blockchain.info in the link, but you can make that say anything you want. The site is now gone/taken down.

I still don't understand. Blockchain.com is owned by (and also directly links to) Blockchain.info. Then why would Blockchain.info tweet about it and mark it as a phishing attempt?

This is something I am confused too...

Moreover their own twitter handle shows the website blockchain.com !!!

We asked @aantonop & @blockchain for clarification and yet to get any response...
