I don't recommend them at all ... API not working, when you ask help from support they literally say "fix it yourself"

I like the turn out of thing with your website https://blockmove.io especially with the integrations of the ERC 20 tokens.
Can you update some information on how this can be properly setup ?

All information is here https://docs.blockmove.io/

i just thought blockmove is similar to TrustWallet (managed by binance) and might be considered as an alternative

I disagree with this statement, trustwallet supports all newly created ethereum erc20 tokens while blockmove only support an already established coins ( I even doubt if any token is listed on their platform ).

You statement made me to read the whole website over and over because i need an api to handle my erc20 token payment deposit on my website.

ERC20 tokens are available from today. You can accept payment from your website using any token ERC20.

After reading OP twice , i just thought blockmove is similar to TrustWallet (managed by binance) and might be considered as an alternative , but i have just changed my mind after trying to create a new wallet ; why does blockmove pretend to offer a free wallet but asks for my name and email address to create one ? If i would take the risk [GitHub created less than one month ago and it hasn't repositories but the api one which has no comments yet , and no reviews about it yet] to save my money using your wallet , how should i trust that you won't use/sell/reveal/lost my personal information ?

I would be surprised if you consider those as advantages of using your wallet :
Quote
- KYC is not required.
- Using the wallet for free.
- Only you have access to private keys.

Infact, your About-US page is broken or doesn't exist. If you're a proper company with legal operations, why do you not want to disclose your team to your users?
https://blockmove.io/company/about No problem, the page opens.
That link opens well however, i believe what @Patatas meant is that when you click on the "About" link below the page. It leads to the dead end.
This is the Link: https://blockmove.io/about

It leads to this;

Maybe you correct the link to the current one you shared  Wink

We will fix it right now.
Thank you.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

That's why it's not recommended to push some changes on fridays. Or your just don't scan and check your site's pages. Try to access the about anchor link on site's footer.

I went through the API documentation and it all seems legit. However, I'm just concerned about your team and operations. There isn't much information about it. Why you suppose to contact me if am just willing to use the wallet ? Even if i want to use the API , it's me who will contact you first using your channels.
You tell that blockmove needs my email to know how to contact , but what to do with my name !! Huh

We will work on your wishes

My wishes Huh
Oh , this is so nice from you ! I still think you represent a good project and that you are opened to feedbacks and honest critics.

The only wish i have for now is that stop asking personal data from users [it's about a wallet, not a bank] , or simply delete the adjective "free" from your product description [according to your perspective, using banks only for storage is also considered free] .

I understand you, we will work on it.

I'm concerned with a possible wrong chemistry here: "no KYC + Exchanger and Merchant Service".
One way or another, some Regions will eventually require your clients to pass KYC; have you prepared any countermeasures to such scenarios?
Like "only available for X Countries" and/or silently "do not" tell the users, just go under the radar? Grin

BTW, that domain name looks quite expensive and a blockexplorer as an additional feature will be a good popularity-booster.

We will resolve this issue as we receive it. Each case will be considered individually.
As for the block explorer, work is already underway and will be launched soon.

That bit of signing up bags me too. If your wallet is completely anonymous as you claim then requiring people to sign up and create accounts should even come up.

Yes, you may promise that customers data will not be revealed or stolen, but we have seen money secure service providers such as binance or bitmex leak customer's data. They didn't intend to but shit happens because no system is completely secure.

Why not just avoid such scenarios by not making people to provide their emails?

Since we provide merchant and api services, this is necessary for notifications and additional functions. Create a new email and use it. We do not see a problem. Most services work on this principle.

We opened our service recently. Therefore, there are few reviews on the network. There will be more of them in the future, there is no doubt about it.
I hope so .

Your data is protected and we are not going to reveal / sell / lose your personal data.
This is great but how can you prove this ? I heard those promises from every service asking my personal info . There is no need for my personal data as a wallet user if you won't use it. Right?

We would like to know what you consider an advantage if you are not satisfied with ours.
Those advantages are basic options in any simple wallet made for regular users . For exemple , it's an advantage if the wallet supports Segwit or if we can be able to sign messages ...

If you want to use only a wallet, then it's free. We do not charge a fee for using a wallet.
We charge a fee only when connecting the API.
