Two incentives are provided to local real estate businesses.
1) With added liquidity and multiple buyers, they can achieve higher purchase prices than competitors selling to only 1 single buyer.
2) They receive 0.3% on each trade after a property hits the decentralized exchange markets. The incentive is built-in the PropToken contract. The fee is paid in property tokens, so the incentive is to have a well kept property and create high demand for those property tokens.

No, only the ones who buy the tokens during first 60 minutes will.So the bonus can be obtained only in the first 60 minutes after the start of ISO? Very limited time, many may not be in time.
