better to escrow the funds and give some more details like what would be the mode of payments are you going to pay after receiving the article or you will review and how long it will take to receive the payment, i guess even the price are still cheap for 1000 words its still a good way to earn with your knowledge especially for those who's new in a writing industry.

Such a small payment for article most of the article above 500 words are $20 or more each unique and quality article..
If you really want to have an article you can copy some of the article in tech and PC website and use spinner and generate a unique article and use plagiarism to check if its unique or not..if you generate a unique one you can start posting them in your blog..
I have my own website and its related in Tech cellphone and PC since i am technician i build my own and gaining traffic since im still studying in seo onpage and offpage seo i am ranking few of my articles. we have a forum which is almost all are technician and i use their post and converted into english..
I think better to escrow and increase the $5 usd to $10 or much better price so that you can attract other people to do this task..

Hell, Iconomi (yeah, it's a rare for this kind of stuff) paid ~700$ for a simple blog post that could practically be done by anybody with decent writing skills, even if they had no prior blog or made it a day before their article was published. Some new coins pay upwards of 50 for a post. Ofc this isn't the best indicator but this is still quite low, 5-7$ would be fair imo.

$2? OP must be dreaming. As far as i know the ICO blog post pays about $35 in btc for some 500 word articles. OP would never find that rate here. He may not be able to find such rate on Indian job sites. They are all aware how much the price is for the search engine optimized article but try that on seoclerks.com there are still a lot of them that accepts $10 per article in that site. Its already a bargain so grab your chance to at least have 10 articles for a hundred which enough to flip your blog site.

Write about 800 to 1000 Words for 2 Dollars and can write according to SEO? i think your price is very cheap for the writers, other website pays 5 Dollars every 500 words but it is very cheap for writers maybe you should increase your pricing if you want a good article and SEO for your website you need to spend a huge money if you want a good website traffic and good quality of your website but it's worth it and you will get a good income.

Your price is very to low for the effort that needed to write an article between 800 to 1000 words. You need to boost your price if you want good content or good quality. You can hire someone on Upwork, I saw many people looking for writers on the topic like bitcoin and blockchain.
