Secure your assets some investors throw away their crypto assets and secure large amounts of fiat. but I'm sure they will come back and find the lowest point to prepare for a bigger purchase.

The tsunami isn t just in crypto!

This hedge fund manager lost all of his clients money!

It's just a news to keep investors from paying attention to the manipulation of organizations. I was too familiar with such tricks. This is a pumping and dumping market. The altcoins have no value at all. So we should only speculate, do not expect too much on its strong development. it will not happen.

this is a big defeat for investors and hedge funds. for me crypto was created to minimize the relevance of other parties in investment and this allows you to make your own updates on the market without the need for a central bank, hedge fund or anything else. crypto is simpler and benefits only for you without being shared with others. do an analysis and observe further market trends for your investment decisions for the long term
The only way is to provide support for crypto usage. This is what can change the trend of crypto price movements.
Basically, crypto is indeed very simple and the difference is how the demand factor for crypto is.
The higher the demand factor, the more the coin price will increase.
And vice versa, when crypto starts to be abandoned, the price will tend to decline. So improve and we will get the benefits.

Of course, I see a lot of investments that had gone to zero and not just in crypto but in the whole world of investing. Hope that crypto would recover tho.

2018, remain the most bloody years in recent time.  I think the stocks market is the most hit.  People are losing seriously for some months now in both stocks and commodities market and not Cryptocoins market alone.  I believe that now should be the best time for one to buy and in years to come makes good profits from the market.  If you can not buying now that cryptocurrencies is cheap and stocks market are getting dumped you maybe kick out in the equation of things in future.
Hedge funds managers who simply use investors money to live the grand expensive lifestyle. I'd rather manage my investments myself and know the amount of risk I should expose my money to. These guys just take insane risks all the time and investors end being on the receiving end
We still have some reliable hedge funds manager and that is why some are still in business.  However many of them become rich by using the fund of investors to buy property for themselves.

Hello! I can say that now in all markets is not the best situation. No need to panic, it's just a period that you need to wait. Good luck!

Really fun to watch how it's so sound scammy at all. But yes alot of swings in different markets that's unprecedented in over the years. Different time really in the world now. This one seems not a surprise at all but more surprising is the apology stint.

People get what they pay for. If you hand over a fortune to someone who supposedly knows what he's doing, you can bet your left sock that he'll mess up eventually, especially when it concerns speculative asset classes. They don't know more than you and me, yet gamble with money (because its not theirs to begin with) in an attempt to nurse their greed.

As quick as most of the crypto related funds popped up, they will disappear with their tails between their legs. Genius on the way up, loser on the way down.

"Baron Rothschild, an 18th-century British nobleman and member of the Rothschild banking family, is credited with saying that "the time to buy is when there's blood in the streets." He should know. Rothschild made a fortune buying in the panic that followed the Battle of Waterloo against Napoleon."

Good luck

This guy is incredible, and i think that he has always been one of the most smartest guys that has ever existed on this world.

But take in consideration that crypto is VERY different than what he used to invest into.

Crypto is more speculative than any other shit.. it is like thinking that a paper can have a value of $1000 in two years.

Very well said and I don't know why people do always tried out to compared conventional/traditional markets to crypto and with
just basing on the volatility alone we can already differentiate these two things. Speculative on its finest actually where it can shoot up
or go down to hell anytime.
Speculative yet it makes a change in the market though volatility is a very hard enemy of any cryptocurrency. People are just trying to make a change in the timeline by doing something that the market won't even expect to happen and yet here we are expecting some kind of a news that will change this bearish market.

I've never really understood the point of hedge funds. Their essence is supposedly mitigating market risk. They engage in this by taking bleedin' insane risks with customer money. The best hedge fund of all is your boring old savings account.

As for us lot, as long as you haven't starved yourself to get to this point there's a good chance you'll be OK if you stay put long enough. As long as you're not in utter shitcoins. There are now thousands that will die.

3:46 into it and I had to stop watching.  That's a ridiculous apology if it's genuine, but I don't exactly expect him to be wearing rags while making it.  But the French cuff links and Rolex (I guess; I'm not a watch aficionado) and nicely tailored suit all mean he's probably still living high on the hog off of investors' money.

Is that video even real?  Seems like something trolly.

I heard about some crypto hedge fund managers losing tons of money for their clients, and that doesn't surprise me.  Unlike with mutual funds, it takes far less in the way of financial reporting in order to refer to your organization as a "hedge fund".  Seems to me that a lot of these people should never have tried to manage other people's money.  Crazy.
