Exchange is easy, just pay 0.1 BTC and get on Yobit. Some people moan about Yobit, but looking at the volume it has probably done about 500 BTC today. It was not many months ago that Bittrex was only doing that. All other sites have way too little volume to be even considered and you have little chance of getting onto Bittrex.
