Guess the lesson I learnt is deposit bonuses are better than no deposit bonuses.

Can you provude the ToS for that promotion. How the heck you manage to wager the bonus while you don't have any deposit on that casino? On what kind of promotion you get that bonus money? It seems a very weird promotion to let user play using the bonus while they will not let the user withdraw unless he will deposit same amount of money. I think that's very suspicious same with the casino indicated on the screenshot.

You should not be able to play unless you will the minimum requirements to get that particular bonus. Just a hunch but the casino is very shady. Keep away.

These casinos are not charities so I don't even know why you would expect them to give you such high bonuses without some sort of a restriction on withdrawals.

Definitely don't deposit in case that they are actually a fraud. Just let it go man.

What is the problem he is facing? I do not see any problem here except his confusion about the bonus he got from the casino because he will not be able to complete the wagering requirement without playing with real money (deposit). His main problem is he is not having some money to deposit in order to complete the wagering requirement.

They are operating since last year if I'm not mistaken, and they said that their customer service is 24/7 so I suggest you send an email to them regarding about this matter to solve your problem easily. Also, is your account only a demo account? if it is, then you really can't withdraw that money. I've searched about them and so far there's no scam accusations against them. However, the bonus you've got seems too good to be true to have without really doing anything.

But i realized, i didn't deposit the money on purpose, i tried to take advantage of the bonus they gave, unexpectedly i won $1000, but it's all useless, I can't take the bonus and I never complain, because I realize it's impossible for me, unless I deposit, and that's not necessarily, maybe I have to set the bet from the bottom again.
