When it comes to prohibited countries then each of gambling sites nowadays does really have that kind of restriction and its a bit rare that there are some casinos who do accept global users

Yes, its against on TOS most of the time but this had been a common tool for you to access things when you are restricted.

Also i would like to know how do they check that the person is from which country ?  If you use KYC for this purpose, then i am afraid i won't be interested in using the platform. Also let me know what is the reason for which you restricted few countries. Is there any legal complication or requirement ?

This is of course a red flag. They can even close any user's account without a refund. Because of this T&C, the player will often be under a lot of pressure. I think this T&C should be further modified so that it is tolerable for the players. Now, if a player's account is blocked due to a breach of the rules and his deposit is never refunded, it will be an unfair decision. I look forward to hearing more from them.

I have read and reread and would it not be wiser for you to say right away that people from countries that are not on the list of allowed countries do not use your site? because from what I see it is highly risky for people from a country like mine who are not on the list of countries allowed to use your site because at any time they will have payment disabled.

why do you have this rule? which country's law are you complying to just put that number of allowed countries?

And the dirt is in fact in your Playfortuna, and since it has to do with Booi, that says it all. The mere fact that you give the streamers free chips and they play as if they were their own money.

When you play at any site that has licenses and accepts fiat currencies, it's almost guaranteed the platform will ask for KYC at some point even if they don't ask while creating an account and depositing money. I have played at bet365 for a long time and although they are among the best in the business but they don't ask KYC when you register an account but will make it compulsory when you try to withdraw money.

The name of the platform is quite unique/weird but I have seen even extreme names. I checked the promo page and looks like they are doing a lot of promotions which is good.

Does this mean crypto is not accepted? If so, the thread doesn't make any sense and if crypto is accepted but not mentioned at the bottom, please at least mention a Bitcoin Accepted logo at the bottom.

Another casino with a Curacao license which most crypto casinos have, so I am hopeful you do accept cryptocurrencies.

check the quoted post below. here's what Mahatoon found on heir ToS. it looks like their KYC is required upon registering an account on their website. but just like Mahatoon said, there is no clarification if the rules would exempt crypto gamblers or not(I have a feeling that it is not).

Why would they change their payment options though and their KYC procedures? It's not like it's going to be any different plus, you're only one person so it's unlikely that they'll heed your request just to satisfy what you want. They have a list of banned countries because those countries either has a restriction there.

I'm personally not a fan of casinos that offer fiat and crypto deposit options concurrently simply because they generally have issues with KYC and authorities in general. Hopefully you can make a change to that.

But as others have mentioned I'm confused why you would have a list of allowed and banned countries. What about countries that are neither? Are they allowed to play on your site?

Both are operated by the same company and terms in both sites are mostly similar as well especially about the country restrictions, so I think it is more than enough to prove that he is right to say booi and playfortuna are connected to each other.

Players will always give their own feedback depending on their experience on the site.
So yes, we will expect contradicting reviews towards any gambling site just like this one.
One good thing though, they have curacao gaming license in place already.

Well, I think fiat/crypto it doesn't matter as long as they have your information 'cause it might be a hassle to fill another information sheet just to prove that you are the same person. But it all depends on what the dev decide to do whether they want to consider this for fiat only or for both since it's just the same account you will be using so they have your IP as well.
