I don't think Argocasino have their own thread in this forum which is why I don't think a scam accusation thread against them would work.

Argocasino has never made a thread on here, so I agree that a scam accusation on here won't be possible. It looks to me that perhaps a way to get in touch with them is through the people that work there like CEO or whatever.

My worry is that because they owe you money they're unlikely to be responsive but if you are willing to go far for this you could pay journalists to cover this, as I'm sure that will get their attention. This however depends on you,

and how much you want to pursue this and if you have the capacity.

Otherwise, as sad as it makes me to say this, you just got yourself a lesson learnt!

Did you finally contact a good lawyer? for a tiny amount of money I understand that it doesn't worth it, but for over $20K it should be a must.

On the other hand, are you from Curacao yourself? I don't dominate International Laws, as it is not an easy topic, but I have some notions and you may have right to litigate in your own country, or apply the rules of your own country.

If they closed your account, it is common sense that they are the ones who have to prove the reasons, not you. And, again, over $20k could be a good reason to start judicial action.

I know. My fault is that I had so much money in an insecure CASINO. I am reconciled with the fact that I will probably not get this money back.

Askgamblers rejected my application as it saw that it was a sport, not a casino. Argo Casino wrote the same crap there's always. That I was cheating on them (a lie). They didn't show any evidence, it just hurt them that someone had won so much money. They have problems to withdraw EUR 500 in two days, let alone 25,000.
Once again, I say, I know, it's my fault I kept so much money there. Unfortunately, in Poland from 2017 it is impossible to play William Hill, bet365 etc.

Argo Casino allegedly backs his thesis with an arbitration in Curacao. If you know Curacao arbitration, it's a scam. They don't protect the players at all as if they weren't there.

https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/argo-casino-won-t-let-me-withdraw-my-money-and-closed-account-without-any-further-explanations

I will use the advice of users above (thanks)

We have not heard an update from OP, I hope he was able to collect his money.
If he can still read the thread, I advice him to just spend money by consulting a lawyer on this matter as 25000 euros is a decent amount to lose.

3.8 The Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, at any time, to cancel bets, to refuse to receive any kind of bonus or participation in any promotion, or to exclude any client from the Bonus Program and also to prohibit the opening of an account or close an existing one without prior written notice and any explanation

This cannot be honored all the time, since the site is regulated, it should be in accordance with the law, and if OP believe he was scam, he has to fight for his right and for his money.

Askgamblers deals with casino complaints only. A good strategy if you win big is to spend some money on casino so that you can use askgablers complaint section.

Imo, your only chance to get something is to fill a complaint via Casinomeister. They deal with sportsbook complaints as well. However, they allow only 1 complaint per person if the bookmaker/casino is not in their accredited casino listings.

Have used it with success in the past when betfinal tried to steal my profit.

Make sure you read carefully all the guidelines before posting a complaint though:

https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-complaints/

Pretty sure that Max will do his best to solve your complaint.

Usually if casino don't pay, they blacklisting them.

Ehi man.. I am sorry for you about this loss... what you can do is to try to fill a complaint at AskGamblers https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/argo-casino-review/
usually, they are in touch with people from the casino.

They will do their best to make a contact with both parties.

I saw that other players did a complain and the casino answered, most of the time there is a delay in withdrawals... maybe you can find at least an answer from the casino.
Hope this will help

This should serve as an example to all of us who like to gamble online not to store a huge amount of money or if you are going to bet a huge amount then you should consider checking their terms and other stuffs first in order to avoid any problem in the future.

And the most important is never use a platform that will likely to scam us if we are going to win a big amount of money in their platform and we can avoid this only if we are going to be patient in checking the background of a certain casino that we are going to use. In you case, you should look for other alternatives like legal action as they are not responding to you anymore, they are licensed casino so maybe you can use it to file a legal cases towards them.

If they aren't responding then the only possible way is to locate the office and reach for support. Probably they'll show the rules to which you've agreed at the very beginning of the site usage. This gambling site doesn't have any support team for Bitcointalk, if so you could've got atleast a response on the issue. If you're in a country where cyber scams can be complained, go for it. Maybe that can help you, no other go.

I have taken a look at the register of the Chamber of Commerce of Curacao. There you can see the owner of the website: JocSystems

It states that Emoore NV is the director of this company. Emoore is a trust office, so they are certainly accountable and responsible for the course of events and their clients. Since the casino is not going to respond, I would send an email to Emoore with an explanation of the situation. In this letter I would also state that if they do not respond, that you contact the license committee in Curacao. They are usually not very happy with that, so you have a chance that they will respond to it. They cannot use problems. This trust office is also fully in control about the payments.

More than six months have passed since my case with argocasino. I still haven't recovered the money (over EUR 25,000).
I got in touch with Askgamblers since June, unfortunately it stopped in July and they didn't help me a bit.Argocasino does not send me any photos or any further facts that they are right. I would like to remind you that they closed my account for no reason. It will be hard for me to win in this unequal fight.

You don't know what else I can do in this case? Please help

You should try askgamblers but don't trust game-protect to resolve your issue. Game-protect already had scammed his previous client, check here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/game-protectcom-did-not-refund-my-money-and-stopped-replying-to-my-emails-5183189 . Choosing him would lead to your time and money go waste.

I have seen askgamblers working out for gamblers who have been facing issues.

that's right, never trust that shady character - i mean game-protect

just look at his profile to understand that it is not a good idea to trust him at all

I repeat until exhaustion, it would be better to contact a professional lawyer

i hope u can resolve

Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved.Their supervisory authority does not write back ,it was known that they would not help, it's Curacao after all.SBR is also silent.
Maybe there is a person here what could help?I will repay you.so far I have only two options left: complaint about askgamblers or gameprotect

Argocasino is quite popular in Poland. You cannot play bet365, William Hill etc. from 2017.

I started to request withdrawals. From the 9th February to the 23rd March I received 14 withdrawals of PLN 2,000, 1 withdrawal of PLN 1,500 and one of PLN 1,000. I received the last payment of PLN 2,000 at 23 March 2020. Then they closed their account for no reason

I didn't take bonuses out there, I played mainly football and NBA.

I have no ideas on how to get this money back. Sad

did you somehow solve the problem?
I advise you not to waste time and contact someone competent if the figure is very high

It is important to turn to professionals in the sector and not to non-professional people

we are waiting for your news (we hope positive)

what should I do?
This is a difficult case and it sounds like a scam to me. Don't contact game-protect, the account has a harshly negative trust on this forum for a reason. If you're unsure, just read some of the trust feedback and you'll see. I've never heard of this place, but I guess you can try to file a complaint with them via Askgamblers: https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/argo-casino-review/. Since it's a public space, they might feel more pressured to respond properly. They seem to respond to complaints within a day, and all cases are resolved. So there's a decent chance it'll work out, I guess. Oh, and if they accept Bitcoin (I guess they should if you're writing here), you can open a scam accusation against them on Bitcointalk to raise awareness: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0.

I thought this site does not exist here in bitcointalk, but they do, thing is, their ANN thread is not updated.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/argocasino-casino-sports-betting-btc-3862046

not sure if the OP is the owner or an affiliate, but as a gambler who are a member of bitcointalk at the same time, you should check if they have an announcement thread here and read some feedback.

Even if it is popular in Poland, there are far better alternatives out there in terms of legitimacy etc. You took the risk and got screwed. Also, it seems like this casino doesn't support crypto either and is just a FIAT only casino.

This is a crypto forum op and you cannot expect to find FIAT casino related resolutions here. SBR could probably help you out like SyGambler pointed out.
