I used it a month, I did not profit

I do not use it anymore

as i remember i give you all the support you need, but you had big problems with basic trading concept.
This is not a money machine, so you need at least to know what you wants to do.  Wink

It won't harm to ask again how we can help you to sell C.A.T. to make sure that the commission (which I e.g., will use to add more key licenses) will be counted for me.

Hi, are you talk about the Ref Program?

So if they all have different user accounts and desktops (where cat folder would sit), there should be no conflicts correct?  Ram would be main limiting factor when considering number of users per server?

yes no conflict.

BURST got Smart Contracts (AT)
Recently high miner fees for BTC let me think if we should not switch to another trading pair?

Sampey,

Can multiple instances of CAT be run on the same machine under different users?  WIN 2012 R2

Simple answer is yes : you can run as many CAT instance you wants, BUT make a copy of the folder because CAT 1 must work inside his CATsystem Folder and same for CAT2.

But, what do you want exactly ? Run CAT on 1 Exchange using 2 different API?

I'm thinking about letting a few friends use my server as a host for their copies of CAT.  So if they all have different user accounts and desktops (where cat folder would sit), there should be no conflicts correct?  Ram would be main limiting factor when considering number of users per server?

Im using BTC/USD on BTCe exchange. I sold my BTC at 1200 and want to make sure I maximize my profit (more btc) as the market is going down so I want a trailing buy order to follow btc at current market +8% which will make sure my USD will purchase BTC at a $ amount but still under the $1200 sell point and follow the market down ideally which will maximize my profit in terms of the # of BTC when the trade does execute. So I am banking on BTC losing value in this particular situation.

Ok

I sold my BTC at 1200

With CAT : You create a PING SELL @ 1200

I want a trailing buy order to follow btc at current market +8% which will make sure my USD will purchase BTC at a $ amount but still under the $1200 sell point

Ok, so you want at least a 8% Gain right? 8% GAIN is BUY @ 1104
If you set GAIN AT 8% CAT will create a PONG Order that will never be over 1104.

The only things that actually is not able to do is follow the downtrends : if your 8% Gain is possible, CAT will execute the PONG Order, even if price is going down to -9% -10% etc....

This is a feature i will add in the coming versions, it's already in my todo list.

im not grasping I dont think. I want to make sure that my buy of BTC order execute when BTC rises >8% so it is a trailing buy as btc goes down. Does that make sense?

I guess essentially a USD sell which would make it a trailing stop....lol I dunno how to explain it

If you are able to sell USD On a market you are on a market where USD is market and not partner.

Ok let's say you are on XXX/USD

Then you set 8% GAIN
You start with a PING SELL @ 1000 -> ORDER IS EXECUTED
Then your PONG (Created in automatic mode) will be BUY @ 1080 (1080 is 8% Gain starting from a PING Price of 1000).

CAT (if you don't set any stop loss) will guaranteed your BUY @ 1080 (if market reach that value) so 8% Gain.

You explanation is going over my head Sad

well it works on any market of currency /

So if you are on a market where USD is Partner and you have only USD you must start with a BUY Order
is the currency you buy/sell

Example, on USD/BTC you buy/sell BTC (Market) using USD (Partner)

say I sold BTC @ $1200 and I want to keep riding the downtrend until btc starts to go back up.

I want the bot to set a trailing buy order if/when btc rebounds 8%

You can simply set a Gain of 8% in the Ping-Pong paramer, then Create a Static Ping Order at 1200. Pong will be executed at no less than 8% Gain

ok cool will that still work if im already in USD?

Livecoin problems are still unsolved  Undecided
i wrote dev (usually he reply fast) about that.

Probably you won't be able to login bacause the broken API Call is one of the 3 API Call that are performed during Livecoi Loing

This is the problematic endpoint :
https://api.livecoin.net/exchange/restrictions

It's not a Private API, you can copy/paste in your browser and you will see the Error in JSON Format

As i remember that api gives you the number of decimals for price/qty and max/min/total limits on order creation.
No way to fix this problem on CAT side  Undecided
